Hulk Hogan may have felt wretched when his age-old sex tape had surfaced, even more when he realized that he couldn’t remember who his partner in the tape was, but it was when he saw screenshots of it in cyberspace that he realized it was enough.

Hogan and his lawyer are now taking legal action and has sent a cease and desist letter to TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie, asking them to take down the numerous screenshots of the naked wrestler that they posted in their site last week— or else face the consequential lawsuit.

His lawyer told TMZ:

“As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida.”

Is she missing him so much that she wants to see him naked for one last time?

Uh, no.

Actually, Linda wants to see Hulk’s mysterious sex tape (mysterious because no one seems to know when or where it was taped, or who the woman in the video is) because she believes it can help her win the lawsuit her ex-husband filed against her for the infidelity and domestic violence allegations she made against him in her tell-all book.

TMZ reports:

“…she’d like to get a look at the tape because she feels it could be a key piece of evidence in Hulk‘s defamation lawsuit against Linda. Hulk sued Linda last year … claiming she was lying when, in her book, she alleged Hulk was abusive and cheated on her.”

Linda reportedly wants to pinpoint the actual date the sex tape was made in the hopes of proving that Hulk did in fact cheat on her during their marriage.

Seriously, how many partners can you have to forget who you’ve been with?

Hulk Hogan just couldn’t seem to remember who the stunning brunette is in the sex tape that surfaced recently. Apparently, he got into bed with so many girls in between his “delusional” ex-wife Linda Bollea and his current wife Jennifer McDaniel—not literally, of course! The 58-year-old legendary wrestler also says that the video was most probably 5 years old, considering that he hasn’t been with anyone else since he started dating Jennifer in 2008.

TMZ reports that Hulk’s claimed:

“[Hogan] went on a 4-month alcohol-fueled lady-screwing bender between the time when he left his ex-wife Linda … and met his current wife Jennifer.”

He tells more:

“During that time, I [Hogan] don’t even remember people’s names, much less girls.”

Hulk may seem to be unfazed by the fact that his once-private video is now being viewed worldwide (and requested by porn sites!) but his lawyer definitely is.

His lawyer warns:

“If anyone goes forward with this thing, we’re gonna find ‘em and we’re gonna prosecute.”

But wait… does anyone really want to see that?

Well, there are a lot of sickos out there. But intriguingly enough, Hogan’s sex tape partner is not his former wife, Linda Bollea… nor is it his current wife, Jennifer McDaniel, whom he wed in 2010.

TMZ reports:

“We’ve seen a portion of the grainy footage — featuring Hulk getting undressed and a naked, unidentified brunette lying on a bed. In the clip, Hulk pulls his shirt off and brags to his companion, “I started to work out again.” Hulk then runs his hands through his blonde hair like he always does.”

Steve Hirsch, head honcho of adult film production company Vivid Entertainment, has reportedly been approached with the Hulk Hogan sex tape, but so far, there’s no word yet on whether he—or any other adult company, for that matter—will be making an offer.

Hulk immediately fired back at Linda after she went on the ‘Today’ show and claimed that he used to physically abuse her back when they were married. Hulk insists that he:

“…never laid a hand on her.”

The former wrestler gave a phone interview to Bubba of the “Bubba the Love Sponge Show” to set the record straight, saying that Linda’s allegations are a “cold, blatant lie.”

Hulk adds that there’s “no reason” to defend himself against his ex-wife because she’s just a “non-issue” who is “still riding on the Hulk Hogan name.”

Do you guys think he’s right? It does seem a bit strange for Linda to be coming out with this domestic violence allegation three years after their divorce and a year after Hulk tied the knot with Brooke Hogan look-alike Jennifer McDaniel.

Hulk ends his tirade by claiming that Linda is just trying to exploit him, saying:

“Just take her and put her in the same category with the Iron Sheik and the Ultimate Warrior. They all belong together.”

“They will be marrying late this afternoon on the beach at his home in Clearwater, Florida,” Hulk’s buddy and lawyer, David R. Houston has confirmed. “It’s going to be a very small, simple civil cermoney. It won’t be grand at all. They are doing this for Terry and Jennifer, to express their love for one another.”

Terry Gene Bollea is Hulk’s birth name; Hulk Hogan is his ring name.

Houston added: “This will be a very private affair just for them today. But they are going to do a ceremonial party after the fact, sometime in the near future with all their friends to celebrate.”

Hogan, this second time around, is protecting his wealth with a prenup.

“He has one,” said Houston, when asked about the prenup. “It has already been dealt with.”

Papa Hulk’s new girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel looks just like Brooke, it’s creepy. The two were spotted out in New York City yesterday. Hulk brought along his new girl to appear on Howard Stern’s XM Radio show. It is rumored that the two are already engaged.

Howard Stern kept on comparing Hulk Hogan’s girlfriend to his ex-wife, Linda Hogan and his daughter which seemed to have irritated the wrestler. Hulk said his girlfriend was good friends with his ex-wife. Ha! That’s even more creepy, isn’t it?

Hulk’s daughter Brooke has a new hairdo! Hogan stopped in at a salon to get a new color and cut, then afterward she met up with a friend.

You can tell who’s who right? The one with Hulk is the girlfriend. How old do you think his girlfriend is? Hopefully older than Brooke, right?

Hulk and Linda are still going through a bitter divorce.  And it seems neither one is over the other, since they both like to part comments back and forth in the press.  This time, it’s about the house, the goods and a criminal.  This is what Hulk said via Yahoo! News:

Hogan slammed ex wife Linda, 48, for leaving him for “some shaggy-haired pool boy 30 years her junior.”

“You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater [Florida] and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife….” Hogan says. “I totally understand OJ. I get it.”

Yeah.  Smart.

Ron Goldman’s family – the man murdered next to Nicole Brown Simpson – weren’t amused.  His sister Kim said this:

“It’s vile to speak of anybody in that way and it’s hurtful, demeaning and so many layers of ugliness attached to it. I’m always very sensitive to people saying they would kill someone,” she goes on. “I don’t speak that way anymore, so when I hear it, it has such meaning attached to it. It says a lot and speaks to his level of violence and propensity for it. It’s sad.”

It is vile and it is sad.  Do you think Hulk was just being honest and expressed it wrong?

Charley describes an incident that suddenly made him fearful via TMZ:

Hulk “dangerously followed” him in his car a couple weeks ago and “pulled up next to him and stared at him” at a stoplight — a crime in no states.

Charley says he “fears [Hogan] will attempt to injure or kill him” because Linda is his girlfriend. The aspiring seaman also claims Hulk tailgated him and intimidated him on another occasion, and thinks Hulk is even more dangerous because he had weapons charges against him in 1979.

Pulled up next to him and stared.  Oooooh.  I bet dozens of people do that each day.  your stuck in traffic and what else is there to do?

Hulk was ordered to pay Linda $40,000 a MONTH for alimony for a year until her house is established.  She also gets to keep a California house but the judge ruled that they did not have to go through with the purchase of the condo in Las Vegas.  Hulk will have to pay the utilities on the house – so you know she’s going to jack that AC up to make his bill skyhigh!

Wouldn’t $40K a month be nice!  I could manage on that real well…and she is crying about it.  The poor, poor famous people.  She might have to get a job!

Brooke is in a tiff over mom’s behavior.  More accurately, she is embarrassed over her mom’s behavior and doesn’t condone what she is doing.  Linda Hogan – who is supposed to be the mother – is dating someone who is YOUNGER than Brooke is.  Disgusting.  Her boy toy is/was a friend of Nick’s – yeah, he’s still in jail – and is only a year older than Nick at 19. 

I guess if you can’t raise them right, start over with a boyfriend and mold him.  Brooke says she disagrees with her mother over the situation and has quit communicating with her.  I agree.  How would you feel if one of your parents dated someone YOUNGER than you?  Gross.

Linda is dating someone who is the SAME age as her son.  Brooke – the daughter who is only two years older – was interviewed and said she is disgusted by it.  She has cut off her mother from most communication until she gets it together. 

Linda also filed an order with the court that she is fearful of her safety with her husband.  Whatever.  Hulk happens to spend most of his time in LA filming American Gladiators…real threat to her in Florida. 

Meanwhile, Nick is wasting away in jail and hopefully learning his lesson.

Linda Bollea is asking that Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, be held in contempt of court and jailed until he pays. A court order requires them to share the purchase of the condo at The Palms hotel and spa. Linda Bollea is asking that Hogan be jailed in Pinellas County. That’s where the couple’s son is serving an eight-month sentence after pleading no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his friend. – CNN

John Graziano was the victim and former friend of Nick Hogan who was riding with him in a drag race. Graziano has had serious head trauma and remains in a Florida hospital in a vegetative state and Nick Hogan is behind bars. Hulk Hogan’s wife said in a divorce petition that she wants a share of the family’s two multimillion-dollar Florida properties plus alimony and child support for their 17-year-old son.

Linda Bollea filed for divorce from Hogan whose real name is Terry Bollea last week after 24 years of marriage. The petition says the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

The Bolleas have starred for four seasons in the VH1 reality TV show “Hogan Knows Best,” which chronicles the lives of the famous wrestler and his family, including daughter Brooke Hogan, 19. – source

This is America! In America marriages go busted as if they are out of style! Well, not much better in Europe probably worse!

The impact destroyed the whole car. Nick and another male occupant had to be cut out of the car by paramedics and firefighters and were flown by Medivac from the accident scene to a hospital in St. Petersburg.

A hospital source said that the injuries are considered life threatening.
