James Bond’s Quantum of Solace hits theaters today in most European cities. This is the 007 series’ 22nd outing and it’s Mr. Bond, Daniel Craig’s second time playing Bond. Craig was very well received by Bond fans as the daring 007 agent in his last role in Casino Royale. It was a major success.

Daniel agreed to be part of a silent auction with a couple other buddies from the movie and raised funds for a London charity. What he offered – a kiss! The winning bidder will pay $38,000 to lock lips with Daniel. Good thing it’s a co-worker, or kind of like his boss. I’m Not Obsessed says one of the producers of his movie, Barbara Broccoli, was the winning bidder. That’s a little awkward job moment. I hope it’s worth it!

Mayrin Villanueva is your new Bond Girl. She will be starring opposite Daniel Craig in the 22nd James Bond movie. (( Local news coverage in Mexico cites Mayrin Villanueva’s husband Jorge Poza, who has told media outlets that his wife has landed a role. She reportedly attended several casting sessions before “producers requested her presence for the film which is currently in pre-production”.
