Davis claimed to be clean and sober during the Celebrity Rehab reunion this past week, so his arrest comes as a surprise to fans of the show.

TMZ.com culled a quote from Celebrity Rehab’s host, Dr. Drew, who said:

“Jason was honest about his struggles with his sobriety on the reunion show. Hopefully, now that there are legal conquesces, further treatment will be mandated, which he so desperately needs. As I said when I saw him Wednesday, we care for him very deeply and we are here for him.”

Jason Davis is currently arrested with a $20, 000 bail.

As memory goes most of the time we wrote anything about Gummi Bear is when he’s OD, arrested for drugs, etc, etc. So let’s hope he has finally cleaned up his act otherwise it’s probably a bad idea to get hooked up with him, youthink?

Jason and his brother Brandon Davis used to hang with Paris Hilton, you know the ultra-rich socialites? The two brothers are grandsons of the late billionaire Marvin Davis who owned 20th Century Fox, the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Denver Broncos.

So is Jason a good catch??? IMO physically he ain’t charming. Of course looks are subjective. Jason has been linked to drug use and that’s a “BAD” sign. He’s probably rich coming from such a well off family but think again..

There has been recent report saying Jason got an eviction notice for nonpayment of his $3,600 LA rental. Perhaps not that big of a millionaire, ha?

So what happened to all the tall dark, handsome and wholesome rich guys? Oh.. they are probably all taken.

Jason and Brandon are pals with the Hiltons and the other rich kids of LA. That alone means trouble for them. From X17:

Jason fully admitted he may have needed help, but felt his family went about getting it for him the wrong way. “I might have had a relapse because I was in pain and I was scared to death – the doctor might have been accurate, but other than that I have never sold a drug in my life, I have never done anything for drugs, I have never done any sexual favors, I haven’t shot up, I haven’t done any of that sh*t … I had a little bit of depression because a doctor of mine said (about a month ago) that I had three months to live because of an activity infection and some strange disease I had in my stomach that was spreading and would eat my organs.”

So, the way you take drugs makes a difference? I don’t think so Jason! It sounds like he needs some serious help and not from Gloria Allred, his lawyer.

I guess Jason didn’t like being told he was a drug head. From Radar Online:

Jason is reportedly upset about the intervention even though his loved ones believe he will die if he does not get help.

Jason’s family had taken him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in an earlier attempt to get him help, and he checked himself out after only one day there also, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

Arnold and Alexander Davis encountered other people in the apartment when they went to take Jason to rehab, sources told RadarOnline.com. There is no indication that there was any violence and Arnold even called LAPD before he staged the intervention, one source told us.

Jason is the brother of Brandon Davis. And while he’s upset at having his lifestyle interrupted his mother previously told RadarOnline.com: “My son Alexander and Tom Arnold went to help my son Jason, who is an addict, to help save his life.”

 It sounds like Jason needed friends like this earlier in his life. Too bad he can’t recognize they are trying to help him. It’s sad when his mother even recognizes he is an addict and will die if he doesn’t get help soon.

Jason was popped by LAPD on Ventura Blvd. in Van Nuys on Friday night. He posted $10,000 bail on Saturday and is due back in court on March 10. – TMZ
