Jennifer and Jason were spotted having an intimate dinner at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida a few weeks ago. A source says:

“Jennifer and Jason had dinner, just the two of them. It’s a really romantic restaurant, on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the water, and it’s very exclusive. They were really engaged in their conversation and definitely enjoyed being together.”

An intimate dinner between co-stars is hardly evidence of an affair… however, that wasn’t the only time these two were alone together. The source adds:

“They were at the hotel for about a week filming scenes and spent a lot of time in a room on the 26th floor … They had room service delivered on several occasions. One time, she ordered fish, fruit, bread, a burger … and champagne.”

Does this mean that Jason is no longer with his younger, supermodel girlfriend? Or is Jason cheating on her with his more age-appropriate co-star, Jennifer?

No word on how late they stayed out, but on Sunday at 9 a.m., Madison posted on her Twitter page that she was off to church. “Sleepy. :-),” she wrote.

Is Jason really that hot? Very subjective. He does have a pretty built body though. Statham has been an Olympic diver on the British National Diving Team. Jason has never been married although he had once dated Kelly Brook for a long time. He’s also rumored to have dated Kate Hudson briefly in recent months.

We all know that Jason’s been acting and he’s a diver and he has been modeling. Did you know that Jason does a lot of his own stunts including hardcore car chases, scuba diving and fighting?

Now you must find him pretty hot? He’s single! Well, that’s what we think anyway.

So what would Jason Statham – the hot British, action star see in Kate?  Don’t know.  I can’t picture the two of them together.  No matter how hard I try, it just doesn’t fit for me.  Until we see pictures of the two of them together, I’ll chalk this up as an impossible rumor.

Who was she out with?

Jason Statham.  The English actor who has been in a ton of action movies.  He can deliver a hit in more ways than one, but is he an upgrade from Clooney?

Probably not, but desperate times call for desperate measures.  Sarah moved out of Clooney’s house, but no word on where she is living now.  Statham, you got an empty room for an aspiring model?
