This most recent arrest is a touch different, however. Wahler has a classy assault charge on his record now.

According to those at the scene of the crime, Wahler was arrested for hitting a woman at a Hollywood nightclub. No word on what caused the altercation or whether not he’s been released yet. Wahler signed himself up for Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, so if you watch that VH-1 catastrophe then chances are you’ll learn more about Jason Wahler then you ever watned to know.

What’s honestly most troubling about this entire situation — how old he looks! Media outlets are pegging Wahler at 23, but you could tell me he was 10 years older and I’d believe you.

Something tells me he will NOT age well.

It was only a week ago that Jason was arrested for fighting in a club in Mexico - as he was drunk – and let go. One week! From People Magazine:

The Hills’s Jason Wahler is facing almost certain jail time following a drunk driving arrest in Newport Beach, Calif., Friday evening.

Wahler, 23, was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. for DUI while driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe, Newport Beach Sgt. Evan Sailor confirms to PEOPLE. He was released on his own recognizance hours later.

How is this possible that he hasn’t been to jail before? SIX arrests…come on. Grow up and take some responsibility here!

According to TMZ Wahler, the Laguna and the Hills reality star was cuffed and thrown into the back of a pick up truck in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

TMZ says it all went down at the Pink Kitty night club where Wahler allegedly got into a scuffle with someone inside the bar. The security escorted Wahler outside after the alleged fight — where cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck. Uh-oh.

But the local police denied having anybody named Jason Wahler in their jail … and so far no comments from his rep or lawyer … so … if you we never see him again, we know why.

“I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist,” Wahler tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. “Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention.
“Lauren is my friend,” Wahler continues, “and it is insulting to her to suggest this.”
On Tuesday’s Tyra Banks Show, Pratt declared, “I know for 100 percent fact it did exist – 1000%!”

His girlfriend, Heidi Montag, also claimed the video was “not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend (Jason Wahler) was going around trying to sell it.”- US magazine

I say we get all these four to sit together on national TV and debate it out. Then again, if those two, Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt have never seen the sex tape nor did they ever participate in the act, how on earth can they be so sure! I think they are so full of it anyway!

“The whole thing that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt said about the tape thing, its just so annoying,” Wahler, 20, told Ryan Seacrest Wednesday. “They just need to shut up.”

A fight was sparked after rumors spread that Conrad had made a sex tape with ex-boyfriend Wahler – rumors which she believes Montag, 20, and her fiancé, Spencer Pratt, started. Conrad, 21, denies she ever made such a tape.

“The most frustrating part is that they are such lowlifes that they have to come up with stuff to try and ruin other people,” says Wahler. “It’s just frustrating.”

Speaking on Seacrest’s KISS-FM radio show to promote his guest appearance Sept. 10, the recently engaged Wahler denies the existence of a sex tape and says he regards Conrad as a close ally.

Hmm. Lowlifes? I guess Spencer and Heidi are pretty annoying, aren’t they?
