Star news has learned that PETER FACINELLI has finally filed for divorce from his wife, JENNIE GARTH.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2001, announced their split two weeks ago by putting out a joint statement:
“While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.”
The newly-single PETER FACINELLI took to Twitter his heartache by quoting a line from ADELE‘s lovesick anthem, “Someone Like You.”
After his separation from “Beverly Hills 90210″ star Jennie Garth just last week, with whom he shares three kids, Peter Facinelli is evidently still miserable as he quotes Adele‘s lyrics from “Someone Like You” that talked about a broken relationship and how it can hurt sometimes. Unlike Rihanna, who told star news that she thought Adele‘s lyrics were depressing, Facinelli seems to have taken comfort in the song probably because it meant that he was not alone .

Hollywood news has learned that “Twilight” star PETER FACINELLI and wife JENNIE GARTH have decided to split after 11 years of marriage.
How sad.
Peter Facinelli, who plays vampire patriarch Carlisle Cullen in the “Twilight” film franchise, has reportedly split from his wife of 11 years, “Beverly Hills, 90210″ star Jennie Garth.
Too bad human marriages (especially in Hollywood) don’t last as long as an eternal vampire marriage.

Much has been made of the rift between Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty. Last week, the two were on set together and Garth commented that everything went fine. They were both professionals who rehearsed, knew their lines and performed for the cameras. No fighting involved.
