Jennifer Love Hewitt has been engaged for a while to fiance Ross McCall, but said they were in no hurry to marry.  Until now.   The upcoming writer’s strike may make the wedded bliss happen a little sooner.  Why?

Ross is from Scotland.  He is in the United States on a work visa.  If work is stopped due to the writer’s strike, he has to go home according to I’m Not Obsessed.   The lovebirds don’t want that to happen and a marriage certificate would solve that problem.  Jennifer hasn’t given a specific wedding date, but you know the media will find out soon if there is one!
