In the upcoming action flick, Miley plays a private eye hired by the Fed and Piven plays the Fed.

“I think I must be an 18-year-old girl because we got along really well,” Piven told E! Online while promoting his other movie “I Melt With You” at the Sundance Film Festival’s Bing Bar. “It was just so much fun. I had so much fun with her and we had great chemistry. It was really really weird—we’re like polar opposites.”

“You know, you can judge her, but what were you doing when you were 18?” he said. “She’s kind of amazing. There’s something so incredibly refreshing about someone who is exactly who they are. There’s nothing pretentious about her. She’s this force. She loves to laugh.”

I totally agree, I am not endorsing Miley’s rebellious antics but she’s just Miley. You can’t expect everyone to be the same.  Heck I was 18 and so were a lot of us.Let’s not pretend to be all goody two shoes. Yes, she’s a celebrity and there’s a lot of expectations being placed on her but people she is just 18!

I often say before you pass harsh judgment on anyone first look at yourself. For that same reason we are very celebrity friendly then again why not? We won’t be around without them.

Jeremy hasn’t been a favorite amongst Hollywood or Broadway agents since he suspiciously pulled out of the show last year. Is he still doing something fishy?

He dropped his phone into the toilet at Sunda restaurant in Chicago Saturday night, the New York Post reports. He summoned the staff to fish the phone out for him and pack it in rice to dry it out.

Jeremy reportedly stuck to veggie rolls on Saturday, but he reintroduced fish into his diet last year after mercury poisoning took him off Broadway and nearly gave him a heart attack.

Seriously, how do you drop it in the toilet if you are A sitting on it or B, pulling your pants up with both hands? What do you think Jeremy was doing?

According to Us Weekly Jeremy Piven was acting like a dirty old man once Jessica entered the room. Try not to act too shocked.

“In between takes, he was staring at Jessica’s ass in the most obvious of ways. He wasn’t being sly about it and would just watch her every move. He flirts with ugly girls, so you can imagine how crazy for Jessica Simpson he was. She almost seemed like she couldn’t wait to change into her jeans, but she was a good sport about it and kind of laughed it off.”

The Piv declared (via Celebitchy.com):

“I was the guy that dabbled in soya milk, but now I’ve found out soya milk has enough oestrogen for me to grow breasts; I had to put the soya milk down…It was a very confusing time.”

He also babbled something about a Japanese breakfast.:

I don’t go too far out with my choices. Although when I was in Japan, I had a traditional Japanese breakfast that consisted of some quail eggs and you actually eat the head of some strange fish. It all looked like Jurrasic Park! I don’t think I could be a samurai, but I ate it.”

In the past, producers have filed grievance with The Actors’ Equity when they feel something has been violated in a contract. For instance, producers could argue he wasn’t being 100% honest about his medical claims. Jeremy Piven‘s spokesperson had this to say:

The claims made by the producers of Speed-the-Plow are absurd and outrageous… He withdrew from the play due to medical necessity on the advice of his doctors, after he was hospitalized and warned by his physicians that enforced rest was necessary in order to avoid serious medical problems, including a heart attack.”

Wow. Do you buy that it was high mercury levels?

Jeremy has been feeling sick and went to the doctor.  In Case You Didn’t Know reports this from his doctor:

“Jeremy is suffering from extreme mercury toxicity. A major symptom of mercury poisoning is extreme fatigue. In addition, Jeremy began experiencing neuro-muscular dysfunction late last week, which led to extreme difficulty in lifting his arms and legs. Then, this past Sunday, he began feeling dizzy.”

Supposedly the mercury in Jeremy’s system is from eating too much sushi and being a lover of Chinese remedies, which contain fish oils and fish products that contain mercury.  Are you buying it?

Later on that night he drunkenly and unsuccessfully hit on 19-year-old Hayden Panettiere. She humored him for a bit and then high-tailed it out of there. She was probably catching a contact buzz from his whiskey breath. A spy says:

“He was trying to be charming and kept saying he ‘wanted to show her around town. But Hayden soon excused herself and escaped.”

Ah, man. That must’ve stung. Jeremy probably that he had that in the bag. But, you know, her loss. Lord knows what kind of “hot spots” a drunk Jeremy Piven would take you on his version of an L.A. tour.
