Things are not looking good for John.

Following the withdrawal of both sexual assault lawsuits against the “Grease” star, another masseur has come forward claiming that the actor made inappropriate sexual advances towards him during a massage session at a five star hotel. Like the first two, the masseur claimed that Travolta groped his genitals.

A source tells RadarOnline.com:

“The latest masseur says that around two years ago he received a call to do an in-room massage in a five star hotel in New York City… When he arrived at the room he claims that he began to massage Travolta. The man alleges that there was unwanted groping that he endured and that Travolta also indicated that he wanted much MORE than a massage.”

Sounds a lot like what allegedly happened with the first two masseurs who accused John.

The insider continues:

“He also claims that there was alcohol present in the room and that Travolta encouraged the man to drink with him during the time of the massage. The masseur is currently assessing what his legal options are.”

Are all these masseurs just trying to land a big fat check by preying on a rich actor? Or does Travolta really have a passion for male massage therapists?

But it’s not all good news for Travolta. Despite the fact that both sexual assault cases against him have been dropped, the two accusers—who both claimed that John propositioned them and touched them inappropriately during two separate occasions—are still looking to pursue a case against the “Hairspray” star.

But this time, with the help of high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred.

The first lawyer who initially repped both accusers, Okorie Okorocha, claims that he doesn’t know why the two masseuses—simply referred to as John Doe #1 and John Doe #2—fired him.

So what’s next in the whole John Travolta vs. Two Male Massage Therapists saga?

Travolta is currently embroiled in a sex scandal involving alleged cases of sexual assault against two masseurs, who both filed lawsuits against the actor for $2 million. But it appears that John’s 50% off the hook, because recent reports reveal that the first masseur who made sexual assault claims against the actor, who is simply named John Doe #1, has officially ditched his lawsuit.

TMZ reports:

“The first man to accuse John Travolta of sexual assault has just filed papers dismissing his lawsuit against the actor… The dismissal papers were filed this morning in California and specifically state that it is only John Doe One who is dropping his claim.”

The second accuser, however, is still pursuing his suit against the “Grease” star.

Denise Wingate, John‘s costume designer for his movie “Killing Season” that he had been working on, has spoken and backed up claims that the actor was at The Greenwich Hotel with her last January 16—not at the Beverly Hilton Hotel where he allegedly molested a masseur.

In fact, she was the one who took the photo of the actor that were verified to have been taken on the day in question.

According to TMZ:

“The costume designer who shot the photos of John Travolta at a New York hotel says there is no way in hell Travolta met up with a masseur in L.A.. the same day.”

Wingate also claims that she took a whole bunch of photos for more than 3 hours and that they were joined by 4 other people in the hotel room in New York.

The site continued:

“Wingate, who also fitted Robert De Niro at the hotel the same day, says Travolta was at the hotel almost the entire day, running his lines for the movie.”

Unless Travolta‘s a “jumper” like Hayden Christensen, we’re starting to doubt that Travolta and his costume designer are lying.

As previously reported by celebrity news, John was accused of sexual harassment of a male labeled “John Doe #1″ after allegedly groping a masseur at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The “Face Off” actor and his reps, however, have already slammed the lawsuit filed by the masseur, claiming that John was actually 2,475 miles away from Beverly Hills where the act allegedly took place.

And yet another masseur, Doe #2, who hired the exact same attorney as the Doe #1, alleges pretty much the same “fabricated” sexual harassment reports.

Travolta‘s lawyer, Martin Singer, was quick to slam the new allegations. According to TMZ:

“Singer calls the new allegations “absurd and fictional” … and says they’re “just as fabricated” as the claims made by John Doe #1 in the initial lawsuit filed May 4th.”

Now, in recent updates, a photograph of the actor in New York and a receipt from Mr. Chow was presented, proving the allegations of the Doe #1 were fake.

Notice the big bill and the generous tip.

TMZ said of the evidences:

“The photo was snapped January 16th in NYC. TMZ has confirmed both the location and date of the photo.”

The site added:

“The photo could torpedo the case of John Doe #1, an unidentified male masseur who filed suit against Travolta for allegedly grabbing his penis and scrotum the very same day … during a massage session at the 90210 hotel.”

Singer also stated:

”That fact is easily provable since John Travolta was on the east coast working on a movie on the date that anonymous ‘Doe #1′ claims he interacted with our client.”

As previously reported by Hollywood news, John Travolta was sued for $2 million for allegedly touching a male massage therapist inappropriately and proposed sex.

According to the lawsuit, Travolta grabbed the masseur’s penis during their session, offered to “jerk him off,” and then pleasured himself in front of him.

But there’s just one problem with that story…

John was about 2,475 miles away from the place where the massage session in question supposedly happened.

In a statement released to TMZ, the actor’s rep revealed:

“John was on the East Coast the day the masseur claims John got on the massage table and, among other things, allegedly grabbed the guy’s penis and then masturbated.”

The statement added:

“This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication.  None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.”

So who’s telling the truth?

Vicious rumors about John Travolta being gay and a sex addict have been swirling around for years now, and it appears that they won’t be stopping anytime soon. Just two months after a male massage therapist claimed that the “Grease” star propositioned him with money to do a threesome, another masseur has come forward claiming that Travolta tried to do the same to him during a session.

But this time, the man also filed a lawsuit against the actor.

TMZ reports:

“According to the lawsuit, Travolta saw the masseur’s ad online, and scheduled an appointment for $200 an hour. The masseur did not know it was Travolta when the appointment was booked, but followed instructions and met up with a black Lexus SUV, which Travolta was driving. “

The side continues:

“Travolta and the masseur, who says he saw Trojan condoms in the center console, drove to the Beverly Hills Hotel and went to Travolta‘s bungalow… [then the actor] stripped naked, appearing semi-erect. The masseur says he told Travolta to lay down on the table and the first hour went without incident. Then, according to legal docs, Travolta began rubbing the masseur’s leg, touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis.”

The man claims he told the “Saturday Night Fever” star that he wasn’t interested as he did not have sex with his client, but John allegedly persisted and said:

“Come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!!!”

Travolta then allegedly masturbated, called the masseur a “loser,” and sent him on his way… but not before paying him double his hourly rate.

According to the masseur’s suit, the actor allegedly revealed that he became a huge Hollywood star “due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his ‘Welcome Back Kotter’ days” and that “Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favors in return for sexual activity.”

The masseur is suing Travolta for $2 million, plus punitive damages.

We honestly find this very hard to believe.

Why would he when he can just buy another one?

John Travolta continues to live his celebrity high life well, even after his rare Mercedes from the ’70s was stolen—and stripped for parts—last September in Santa Monica by two bandits who are now in the slammer.

While we regular people felt the pain when the two strangers sped off with his 280SL Benz while he was shopping for Jaguars, John admits that he wasn’t too sorry about losing around $100,000 forever. After all, he’s lost way more than that before…

When questioned about the unfortunate car, John told TMZ:

“[I'm] not that attached to material stuff.”

While he says that it was “terrible,” surely having a classic Jaguar to replace it with and several others at home had eased his pain. John may have just taught us a valuable lesson about what we should give importance to, but he also teaches that money can usually buy happiness and acceptance.

John Travolta, who once made Hollywood news when he was rumored to be a sex addict who cheated on his then-pregnant wife with another gay man, reportedly tried to reach out to a male massage therapist anonymously on Craigslist last January and offered to pay him $200 for sex at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Whoa. Must be shocking for his wife and his little son to read after a few years…

We wish it ended there, but according to after The National Enquirer, the “Face Off” star reportedly didn’t stop after the shocked masseur rejected his offer. In fact, he even tried to attract him with more money and proposed to have a threesome with him!

Sources reveal that Lindsay, who will be starring in the movie ‘Gotti’ alongside longtime Scientologist John Travolta, has nothing against the controversial religion. She is not joining the Church because she was brought up in the Catholic faith, and she plans to stay Catholic.

According to TMZ, Lindsay hasn’t even been invited to visit the Church, nor has she taken any classes with them.

Good, because she doesn’t really need any more controversy in her life, don’t you think?

It’s a movie about a family, and it’s fitting for John to make it a family affair, as well. Travolta comes from a very traditional second generation American Italian-Irish family, and the Gotti movie may very well be way up his alley.

John, appropriately enough, will be playing John Gotti, Sr., while Kelly has been cast as his wife, Victoria. Eleven-year-old Ella Bleu, last seen with her dad in the 2009 movie, “Old Dogs”, will star as Gotti’s daughter, Angel.

John‘s keeping the business all in the family. Wonder when young Benjamin will join in…

Benjamin Travolta was born in Florida on Nov. 23, 2010 and is making his magazine cover debut in two magazines this week: People and Hello! His proud parents report he is doing beautifully since birth.

“For us it’s been uplifting. Especially when he smiles at me and seems contented in my arms,” Travolta told Hello magazine.
