Christina was sharing her Beverly Hills home with her son, Max, her estranged husband, Jordan and her boyfriend, Matt until yesterday. TMZ was told that Rutler moved in weeks ago while Jordan was still living in the same house. Yesterday a truck showed up and apparently moved out Bratman’s stuff. 

A source connected with the threesome put it, “Thank God Jordan is moving out. It was getting really awkward, but Christina was letting Jordan stay for the sake of Max.”

Hmm. Must have been awkward but then again if I were boyfriend, I wouldn’t move in until the estranged husband has departed, would you?

Christina even had stitches put in her lip it was cut so bad. From Radar Online:

Christina was bleeding from her mouth and had a bit of a busted lip,” a source, who saw the couple at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, said.

“Jordan told the nurses she had fallen down.”

According to the witness, Aguilera was sporting “bumps and red bruises” along with her bloodied lip.

“Shortly after they arrived to Cedars, Christina’s ‘private surgeon’ arrived to put a few stitches in her lip,” the source added.

Adding to the mystery of why the singer needed treatment, on October 12, she was photographed wearing a hat pulled down over her face with what appears to be a small cut below her lower lip.

That’s too bad if there really was a fight, especially if it happened in front of little Max. Hopefully things can turn out and they can stay away from each other. Do you think it sounds like domestic squabbling?

According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that “Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property.

The petition also asks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get child support. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.

Aguilera cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition which was filed earlier today as TMZ reports.

According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that “Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property.

The date of separation is listed as September 11, 2010.

The petition also asks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get child support. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.

So many separations just in the last 24 hours! I guess it’s what we called this the “Me” generation. I vow to try a lot harder next time.

A source close to the couple tells People, “Yes they are separated,” “Right now they’re just trying to figure things out. There are no divorce proceedings at this point.”

A source told People a couple months back, “They have their ups and downs like all married couples. They argue like everyone else,”

The couple were engaged in Carmel, Ca in February, 2005 and got married in Napa Valley, Ca in Nov. that same year.

It was very romantic when he proposed! It took place in a hotel room filled with rose petals, red and pink balloons and gift boxes, each containing a present and a self-penned poem.

Christina told People, “When I got to the last box, there was a ring in it,” “He got down on one knee and said, ‘Will you do me the honor of being my wife?’ I’ve been floating ever since.”

Yeah, it’s almost always romantic at the start but it’d be great if more of us can make it last, wouldn’t it?

The said person is even supposed to be a friend of her husbands.  Why do these stars do that? They have millions of dollars, beautiful homes, cars, careers and find someone to marry, then they mess it all up because they get bored they have it all?? WTH!

The recent night outs might be her way of winning husband Jordan Bratman back?  She can’t seem to win…messing around without the husband and then partying all night long with the husband!

Christina’s son Max was born in January. During the last month or so, she has been spotted out at night with her husband partying it up, which has earned her a bunch of criticism.  How can she be a good mom who likes to hit the clubs at night?  This is what Christina said to Access Hollywood in response:

 “I spend all day with my son and once in a while if I want to go out and have a mommy-daddy night with my husband, I am more than allowed to do that,” she said.

The four-time Grammy award-winning singer added on her website that their son’s arrival was “a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I”.

Aguilera says, “I prefer to look at a woman’s body than a man’s because it is so much sexier.” Aguilera has also revealed that she’s never been happier.

Aguilera told a British magazine, “I feel comfortable about myself… completely secure. And that has nothing to do with being married, because you can easily marry the wrong person. It’s about being with the right man and having gone on this journey and getting to this place where I am right now.”

Nicole Richie had an ultrasound on July 25 trip to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. She and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, found out the gender of their baby: It’s a boy! Although friends say Richie, Simple Life star was hoping to have a girl, Nicole was very happy to get the news 16 weeks into her pregnancy. Now she has to get down to the not-so-simple task of picking out the perfect baby name.

Christina Aguilera, who is about 18 weeks pregnant also had an ultrasound on the 25th of July at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. Aguilera & hubby, Jordan Bratman are reportedly expecting a baby girl & her due date is on December 15th.

But the strangest thing is.. wasn’t Aguilera in Australia on the 25th of July? If so, how on earth did she have an ultrasound in L.A. simultaneously? Beats me..

“It’s all made up,” the rep tells Us.

An employee at the Beverly Hills kids boutique Bellini told the New York Daily News that Aguilera and her husband of more than a year, Jordan Bratman, went on a $3,000 shopping spree at the store on Saturday where Aguilera confided that she’s having a baby.

“They seemed really excited,” a worker at the boutique told the Daily News.

However, Aguilera’s rep says that the employee needs to get her eyes checked because the singer was 50,000 feet in the air at the time of the supposed sighting.

“She was not at Bellini. She was on a plane to Las Vegas for the NBA appearance.”

Christina Aguilera is very petite, somehow, I’ve always pictured her with a tall & handsome dude. Oh well, Jordan Bratman is a very lucky guy! They are still together after over a year of marriage and they look to be happy!
