Jonah Hex, a film based on the DC Western comic directed by Jimmy Hayward. Josh Brolin plays the title character Jonah Hex, the scarred bounty hunter. And you guessed it Megan will play his love interest, Leila, the gun-wielding beauty.

In Touch can exclusively reveal that the Oscar-nominated star of Milk [Josh Brolin] was spotted getting cozy with another pretty woman other than his wife, Diane Lane. On May 21, Josh, who is on location in New Orleans filming Jonah Hex, partied at the Royal Street Inn with local Melissa Green — then took her back to another location to hang out at 11:35 p.m. The next morning, at 7:23 a.m., “They left together,” a witness tells In Touch. “Josh looked like he hadn’t slept at all. She was wearing the same outfit as the night before and looked embarrassed.”

Diane was humiliated over the arrest and has issued an ultimatum to Josh.  Get cleaned up or I’m gone.  Apparently he has been drinking a lot over the years and she’s had enough.  His alcohol problems have caused other problems that haven’t been reported in the news, but she is well aware of. 

Celebitchy says:

“All these problems have taken a huge toll on his wife,” adds the insider. Making matters worse, less than a week after the arrest, Josh was spotted outside a Santa Monica bar on July 19, exchanging words with Sean Penn after he was accused of getting touchy-feely with his wife, Robin Wright Penn.” 

 I hope he isn’t turning in to another Andy Dick, where he becomes a drunken groper.  Get help!

According to TMZ, the fight was instigated by others in Shreveport, not the cast or crew who was relaxing.  Josh only became involved when the cops in charge started using the ‘N’ word and becoming verbally abusive.  Josh stepped in to help his friend and that’s when things got ugly.  They weren’t drunk and looking to get rowdy.

Josh and Jeffrey were both arrested, however not charged yet.  Maybe because the southern brand of justice the cops tried using was wrong?  And they have media crawling all over them because of it?  Probably.  But it’s just a guess.

Josh was in Shreveport Louisiana where his current movie is filming.  The cops were called because of a rowdy patron – guess who – and when they showed up, Brolin became more aggressive.  He was arrested and posted the whopping $334 bail.  Don’t know what exactly the charges are, but he was booked and then bailed fast.  Check out People Magazine to see his mugshot…nice hair!  I wonder what Diane Lane thinks of the incident.
