Just like any other girl going through a breakup, Julianne got a group of some of her closest girl friends (a group that included “Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev) and whiled away the sadness from her recent split with Ryan Seacrest by enjoying a girls’ day at the beach.
According to the latest Hollywood gossip, JULIANNE HOUGH broke up with RYAN SEACREST because she “couldn’t handle” his jampacked work schedule.
It came as a shock to everyone when Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest split up earlier this week, especially since the pair seemed totally smitten with each other even after two years of dating.
But despite Julianne feeling giddy every time she sees her first celebrity crush—that’s Ryan—on TV and Ryan thinking that Julianne is “the best part of every day,” they had to call it quits… reportedly because the “American Idol” host is a workaholic.

Looks like marriage really wasn’t in the cards for Ryan and Julianne.
The sudden breakup will probably come as quite a shock to fans of the cute couple, as Julianne was quoted just last month as saying that she still feels “giddy” whenever she sees her “hot” boyfriend—who was also her first celebrity crush—on TV… that’s obviously a girl in love, right?
