Hit or miss?

Julianne, who is a fan of sparkly dresses and an occasional baring of cleavage, opted for an embellished draped dress from KaufmanFranco that gathered at the top and fell asymmetrically across her body and didn’t show much of her assets—except her gorgeous lean legs.

The adorable actress paired her bedazzling frock with a pair of silver Nicholas Kirkwood open-toed heels and accessorized with H. Stern square crystal drop earrings, completing her frosted look which totally complimented her gorgeous eyes.

She finished off her look with side-parted wavy locks, minimal smoky eyes and frosty pale pink lips.

While Julianne looked very pretty as usual, she honestly looked like she had draped herself with a sparkly towel cloth. Like her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest‘s almost engagement proposal, we thought the dress looked perfect on her… until a head-to-toe glance ruined it for us.

…if only it were true!

“American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest caught everyone off guard when he acted as if he was about to propose to his girlfriend of one year, “Rock of Ages” actress Julianne Hough, during a break from the Top 4 performances on the show last Wednesday.

He asked Julianne right after her brief film preview aired:

“Julianne would you take the mic for a second? There’s something that’s been on my mind for a while.”

She shot back:

“There was a lot of kissing going on in that preview, huh?”

Ryan explained:

“No, it’s not that. It’s a question I’ve been meaning to ask you and I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable.”

Julianne started to react, exclaiming with “Oh, God!” as her boyfriend slowly reached into his suit jacket.

“Will you…”

The “American Idol” host started, before pulling out a… piece of paper. He then continued:

“…give this note I wrote to ['Rock of Ages' costar] Tom Cruise? I’m such a big fan — I loved him in ‘Cocktail.‘“

Julianne proved she was a good sport when she pointed at the note and joked back:

“Wait, but didn’t we write that [note] together last night?”

She totally thought it was happening! Aren’t they such a cute couple?

Julianne looked stunning in a metallic bronze backless Kaufman Franco dress, which she paired with strappy gold Casadei heels and Palladium jewelry.

Loose waves, sunkissed cheeks, and glossy lips completed her red carpet look.

Doesn’t she look adorable?

Julianne has a thing for showing off her legs or her gorgeous cleavage, but for this event she gave us a glimpse of her sweet side in a delicate Rafael Cennamo beaded lace dress, which she paired with champagne Casadei pointed-toe pumps.

The “Footloose” star finished the look with shiny waves, lilac eyeshadow, and pale pink lips.

Julianne definitely exudes class and elegance in this dress, don’t you think? She looked lovely.

But, okay, we do have one complaint… we wish she’d gone with different shoes! That almost-bronze champagne color does not go with the soft lilac color of Julianne’s dress.

Julianne wore a cream-colored Naeem Khan dress with gold beadwork in swirl patterns. It featured a plunging neckline, an open back, and an embellished waistband.

She completed the look with gold stud earrings, nude peep-toe pumps, soft curls, smokey eyes, and glossy lips.

Julianne should have showed off more of her gorgeous legs! If only the skirt was shorter and a little tighter, this would have been perfect.

Julianne wore a red romper with sheer sleeves from the Tibi Fall 2011 collection. She completed the outfit with a pair of mocha pointed-toe pumps, gold earrings, and a large, oval cocktail ring.

The gorgeous actress added a bit of Hollywood glamour to her semi-casual look with shiny sideswept waves, shimmery bronze eye makeup, and glossy, pinkish-nude lips.

Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough will not marry. Although there is potential for marriage as I keep going back and forth, I just can’t see the marriage. I feel they each think about it and hint but I do not see this relationship coming together to be legal in marriage. There is an uproar between them and Ryan will move on. He isn’t about to marry someone just because he feels pressured to do so, he is busy and when it comes to having a family of his own he would want to spend time with them. Lindsay Lohan will focus on her career this year and land a large role which will kick start her career. You will see her land big interviews of her talking about her struggles. She will fall again though, relationships are a huge issue for her.

Large earthquake will hit which will greatly affect the California area.

Nicole Kidman will become pregnant with her second child towards late 2011.

She also predicted that I will be very rich within three years.. Ok fine this one is my own prediction!

Well, whaddaya know…apparently he does!

The latest Hollywood gossip found out that Julianne‘s tonsil hockey sessions in the water were all part of the movie she’s starring in with Tom Cruise, “Rock of Ages”, and the cherubic Twilight doppelganger she swapped spit with is no other than co-star, Diego Boneta (Javier on “90210″)

Still, Ryan Seacrest, no matter how many ($45) millions you earn as a TV host, it must hurt pretty bad to see your girl really enjoying herself…if you know what we mean…

I have to say Julianne’s good looks stems from great genes which run in her family. Did you know she’s the younger sister of Derek Hough? So it’s not just the good looks, it’s the dancing feet too! Derek and Julianne are both pro dancers.

Julianna has been dating Ryan Seacrest since early last summer. Is boyfriend Seacrest going to pop the question soon? I have a feeling he will.. On a scale of 1 – 10 what would you give Julianne? I say “10″

But don’t they look so hot together? Ryan, TV icon, host, producer and what not, one of the most eligible bachelors in Tinseltown, who we thought was gay so did his girlfriend before they started dating, looks to be hooked on his girlfriend Julianne. We can totally see why.

Ryan, 35 and Julianne, 22, have also been spending a lot time with his family while vacationing. Yesterday they were spotted checking out art galleries, shopping and strolling hand-in-hand through the streets of Paris together with Seacrest’s parents and his sister Meredith.

Hough has recently gushed about Ryan being “really romantic,” telling Ellen DeGeneres that for her birthday he put “flowers everywhere. I was almost embarrassed.”

How romantic!

It’s funny how Julianne thought Ryan was gay initially. We did too, he’s too well-groomed, too good looking. Well, he’s not gay and he’s a hot catch!

Nah — not so fast, Julianne Hough was just joking when she told a radio show this morning that she and Ryan Seacrest were thinking of having children.

“Didn’t you know? We’re having a baby!” she joked before quickly regretting her joke. “Oh, God,” she added, “now it’s going to be everywhere!”

Indeed! Thanks for the post, Julianne. Oh, and in case you were wondering — Ryan’s got a “little groove” on the dancefloor, but the pair don’t like to go dancing all that often.

TMZ reports, Hough was in town for her birthday dinner the other night with a bunch of friends at a Morton’s steak house. At one point during the meal, she was asked, “How did you and Ryan get together?”

Julianne replied, “He was after me since I was 18 … he totally wasn’t my type … I thought he was gay.” Hough continued, “After a few years, he was persistent … so I went out with him on a date and I realized how much I liked him.”

Oh, we thought Ryan was gay too. Too handsome, too clean out and too few women rumors. We have to say he’s a catch and Julianne and Ryan look terrific together, don’t they?

Ryan seems to have a string of women. Somehow, he and Julianne got serious recently…

On June 13, the couple walked on the beach in Malibu with their arms around each other. Three days later, they dined at intimate new L.A. hotspot Red O restaurant, where a diner says Seacrest, 35, “was very attentive.” And Sunday, Hough, 21, accompanied the American Idol host on another outing in Malibu, where the two shopped at Alice + Olivia.

Well, there are bigger age gaps in Hollywood, but Julianne is young! Being just 21, she hasn’t experienced life like Ryan has. Do you think he is taking advantage of Julianne?

Regardless, the two were spotted out and about this past weekend, but reps for both refuse to confirm or deny the affair. Seacrest took her to dinner last month, but Julianne swore up and down it was just for business.

I was curious about this Seacrest character and did a quick little google search about his dating history. He has “romanced” Australian model, Sophie Monk, Teri Hatcher and some other blonde bimbo-looking chick I couldn’t ID.

Julianne seems like his physical type, but who knows. The man seems more interested in his career then anything else.
