When asked to confirm the news that Justin is engaged to Jessica, Sadie Bomar, Justin’s grandmother, tells RadarOnline.com:

“Yes, Justin is engaged.”

She adds:

“Jessica is a very sweet girl, she’s upright and everything and we love her… She’s a wonderful campaigner for the environment and Justin is too, a fine young man. Jessica will be a lovely member of the family.”

Mrs. Bomar continues:

“They don’t know if the wedding will be in Memphis or Colorado, it’s all very new they haven’t made any plans yet. Justin, his mum and dad and Jessica have all been in Montana all Christmas and New Year, that’s when he proposed. Justin rang me himself on Christmas day to tell me about the engagement.”

And if you’re wondering why Justin isn’t climbing on rooftops and shouting “I’m engaged!” and telling everyone his happy news, his grandmother explains:

“You know Justin he’s a very laid back he was excited but he don’t make a big episode out of anything. It just seemed like the right time for him I guess.”

Justin’s beloved grandma adds:

“I don’t know all the details yet but we just love Jessica and the whole family is happy for him. Now we have a lovely wedding to look forward to.”

Justin and Jessica, who got back together in July after a few months of separation, have finally decided to tie the knot. Interestingly enough, the news comes in the wake of Justin’s childhood love Britney Spears’ engagement to her boyfriend and former manager Jason Trawick, which the pop superstar confirmed herself on December 16.

Numerous inside sources confirmed to Us Weekly that Justin popped the question in late December, during a snowboarding trip in Jackson, Wyoming. A source explains:

“Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place.”

The insider adds:

“When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step.”

Another source close to Justin says:

“[Justin has] never been happier [with Jessica]… He knew it was the right time to propose.”

Well… facially speaking, it’s a long shot. Justin looks nothing like him. But hey, we all know movie makeup and special effects can do wonders, right?

But whether Justin plays him or not, Elton says a biopic is definitely “in the works.” The singer tells the Los Angeles Times:

“We’re making an announcement about that very, very soon. We have a director on board, and then it’s just going to be a matter of getting the script exactly the way we want it.”

And when asked who he wants to play the lead role of, well, himself, Elton John admits:

“I’ve got a wish list of people. No. 1 on my wish list is Justin Timberlake, because he played me before in a David LaChapelle video of “Rocket Man” and was superb.”

Jimmy, who appears on the cover of GQ magazine’s December 2011 issue with Justin Timberlake, appears to be touching the singer-turned-actor‘s junk in the photo above. But did they really get acquainted with each other physically? The talk show host told E! Online:

“There’s no actual contact—no physical contact.”

Fallon added:

“It’s like one of those round machines at Sharper Image where lightening shoots out and up to your hands. There was no actual contact, but there was electricity.”

Despite the absence of hanky-panky, Jimmy admitted that he really enjoyed doing the shoot with Justin. He said:

“Anytime you get to shoot with Justin Timberlake, it’s going to be fun. He’s full of energy. It’s actually the best photo shoot I’ve ever done.”

A man of his word, Justin fulfilled his promise to attend the Ball with De Santis who propositioned him via YouTube in July. So off he went to Richmond, Virginia dressed in a tux to escort a blonde date capable of throwing him to the floor and disabling him in three moves…

But for Justin, it seemed that date was a night of revelations. He wrote in his blog:

“I knew I would have an evening that I wouldn’t forget… Something I could tell my friends about. What I didn’t know was how moved I would be by the whole experience.”

Wow, Corporal De Santis, did you slip something into his drink?

But apparently not, because Justin found his date “humble and honest.” He added:

“I have to tell you, it’s not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she’s more worried about if I’m having fun or if I’m comfortable.”

Justin further writes about “one of the most moving evenings I’ve ever had”:

“I felt so proud to be there. I felt like I was getting a chance to be among my heroes. It’s funny too because a lot of them are SO younger than me.”

And they’ve been fighting on the front lines while Justin was living a jolly good privileged life in Hollywood since his Disney childhood. If that isn’t moving, we don’t know what is. He wrote:

“To all of you that serve every day for us…Ensuring our freedom, I say: My deepest gratitude to you. I’ve met so many of my heroes… From Michael Jordan to Michael Jackson. And, nothing makes me feel more honor and pride than when I get to meet one of you. Last night changed my life and I will never forget it.”

Justin‘s blog further goes to say:

Wow. So that night did serve as a turning point in the life of Justin Timberlake. What do you figure Justin maneuvers himself into a movie role that involves him playing a Marine and saving the good ol’ U.S. of A.?

As previously reported by celebrity news, Justin was asked out by Corporal Kelsey De Santis through a self-made YouTube video back in July, which was one of the first of a string of videos made by marines for the sole purpose of asking out various celebs, such as Mila Kunis, Miley Cyrus, and Scarlett Johansson.

Justin, gentleman that he is, accepted. He replied:

“I’ll tell you what, I accept. But, not because she shouted out one of my songs, which I do love when they do that because I’m shameless, and not because she had all those beefcake military guys behind her to try to intimidate me. I don’t get asked out. Ever. So, I was very flattered by that, and I hear that she’s trained in martial arts, so I’m hoping we can tussle at some point. But, yeah, if my schedule works out to do it, I’d love to do it. It’s an honor.”

Fortunately, Justin’s tight schedule allowed him to not only keep his word, but also to “serve” his country in his own way. Before attending the party, the singer-turned-actor tweeted:

“Thank you to the men and women who serve our country and provide us with our freedom. Please join me in honoring our Veterans today.”

We don’t know about you, but this definitely raises him in our estimation. After all, with Justin’s busy Hollywood life, he could have simply blown off the “date” by using his hectic schedule—he is still promoting “In Time,” his latest movie—to get him out of it.

But no… Justin kept his word.

This month alone, Justin and Jessica were seen packing on the PDA at the after-party for Justin‘s new movie, “In Time.” They even had a double-date with Justin‘s parents at Angelini Osteria in L.A. And while their body language is revealing all they still feel for each other, they’re both doing a Jessica Simpson (and her bun in the oven) and neither confirming or denying the news.

Just like many other males out there, Justin has revealed that he has a lot of admiration for the Duchess of Cambridge’s sexy sister. In his recent interview with Esquire Britain magazine, he admitted:

“Us American males are big fans of Pippa.”

He added:

“We like the Middletons very much. I’m going to sound like a sleazeball. I’m going to stop right there!”

Hmmm… how strange. She doesn’t seem like his type at all.

Justin and Jessica are definitely back together. Or, at least, that’s what they’re showing us. After star news sites got wind of the fact that the couple spent an evening having dinner with Justin’s parents (which is definitely a biggie), the couple was again spotted acting all lovey-dovey at the private afterparty for Justin’s latest movie.

Although Jessica was not present at the premiere—Justin reportedly sat with rumored ex-fling Olivia Wilde—she was very present at the afterparty, which was held at a private residence in Beverly Hill. An eyewitness confirms:

“Jess didn’t show up until the after-party… They still look really in love, though…such a cute couple.”

Justin and Jessica broke up in March, and after a few rumored hookups with other Hollywood celebrities, got back together over the summer. A source told Us Weekly:

“They have been talking the whole time and decided to give it another shot… Jessica really wanted to get back together with him and Justin realized single life is not what it’s cracked up to be.”

TMZ provided the photos showing erstwhile lovers Justin and Jessica getting into a car with Justin‘s parents, whom we’re assuming to be mom Lynn and stepfather Paul Harless, to have dinner at Angelini Osteria in L.A.

There are two things star news can infer from these photos:

a) Their unbearably hot chemistry together necessitates parental guidance to make it through the night without them ending up tearing each other’s clothes off.

b) Justin‘s giving his parents a heads-up: this is the girl he’s going to marry and he wants their blessing.

Weren’t there reports these two were gearing up for a reconciliation? Didn’t Justin famously refer to Jessica was “the most significant person” in his life?

Notice the way Jessica‘s eyeing Justin with barely concealed anticipation. Is she getting ready to jump his bones or is she imagining what kind of ring he’ll get her?

Justin may have reconciled with longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel, but it looks as if things aren’t as serious as before. The “Friends With Benefits” star reportedly spent the night with Scarlett (another hot blonde, obviously) last week.

According to Us Weekly, Justin visited Scarlett’s apartment on the night of September 14 after a wild night at New York hotspot 1Oak. An eyewitness shares:

“[Justin and Scarlett were] hardcore flirting… Other guys were trying to talk with Scarlett, but she was only focused on Justin.”

After a crazy night of partying, Justin and Scarlett left 1Oak at 5:30 am and ate pizza at a place next door. Afterwards the couple headed straight for Scarlett’s apartment, where Justin allegedly spent the night.

A source close to the couple reveals:

“They’ve hooked up several times over the years.”

Apparently, Mila and Justin may have taken some time to find out whether “Friends With Benefits” would work out for them in real time, too. At least, this are some of the Hollywood rumors we’ve been getting. Will the photos be any racier than the scenes they did in the movie?

We’re plenty sure anyone who’s seen the film, or even just the trailer, has been hoping those two end up together. It won’t be the first time co-stars have segued their on-screen chemistry to off-screen romance (*cough Brangelina *cough*), and kept mum about it for one reason or another.

Question is, should Justin Timberlake be quaking in his boots, or is he resigned to the inevitable?

Hollywood celebrity websites barely caught Justin‘s Twitter announcement and immediately hied it off to the restaurant just in time to catch his new hip-hop/rock group give a mini-gig at Southern Hospitality to the delight of patrons.

The crowd quickly swelled to humongous proportions and people flocked in from the street, swelling into rock concert size that police were summoned to help control the sudden flash of humanity.

Timberlake thanked the  audience for coming with a cheeky:

“So you got my tweet, huh?”

Celebrity fans Emma Roberts, Amanda Seyfried and Kim Kardashian were present in front row seats – an advantage of apparently having their noses permanently pressed to their respective Twitter feeds and catching the news as it happens.

Fans went wild as Justin took to the keyboard, guitar, and did a rap, performing the band’s debut single “Hoodies On, Hats Low,” and his own “What Goes Around…Comes Around.”

The impromptu performance was Justin and FreeSol’s sneak preview of their free concert later tonight at the Irving Plaza in New York.

Smooth, Justin. We’re betting you got your marketing savvy from either Steve Jobs or Kris Jenner.

Celebrity news is used to the fact that when Mr. Timberlake walks, a path clears out in front of him, whether it’s hotel elevators or restaurant lobbies, no one gets in Mr. Timberlake‘s way, no one. So it isn’t surprising that Mila defended her “Friends With Benefits” co-star at their press conference in Moscow to promote their film.

Moving on… yes, the Internets were shocked at Mila‘s tirade. Not because the lady knows how to cuss in public, but for the fact that she speaks fluent Russian. A little history lesson: Mila and her family moved to California from the Ukraine when she was 7 years old. They’re Jewish and Russia was getting a little bit too Mel Gibson for their taste (read: anti-semitic), so they moved.

Which is why Mila declined to use the translator ear thingy and went hell for broke on that reporter who impertinently asked the esteemed Mr. Timberlake why he was acting instead of making music.

At which Mila lit on that reporter with:

“Why movies? Why not? What kind of question is that? Why are you here?”

Justin was at a party at The Standard in New York to celebrate the premiere of his new movie, ‘Friends With Benefits,’ when the incident occurred. When the singer-turned-actor decided to leave the party, the security team jumped into action.

A member of security reportedly approached three female guests and asked them to leave the elevator that they were already in, saying that there were a few “maintenance issues” with that particular elevator. When the girls protested that it was working just fine, the security guard tried to radio for backup and warned them that there were cameras in the elevator—probably to keep them from trying anything, since they got pretty irritated with him.

After the girls left, another member of security radioed:

“[The elevator is] now clear for Mr. Timberlake to use.”

Whatever happened to “ladies first”?  Apparently, chivalry is dead.

According to reports, Jessica tried out for ‘Friends With Benefits’ years ago, but was rejected in favor of doe-eyed beauty Mila Kunis.

‘Friends With Benefits’ screenwriter David Newman reveals:

“She was actually a huge fan of the project and screen-tested for it years ago.”

When asked why they didn’t choose Jessica, he responds:

“We’re not the director… She’s great and adorable — smoking hot!”

He adds:

“Mila was fated for the role.”

Anyway, it doesn’t really matter now, does it? Mila is amazing, and we’re sure she did a great job on the movie—and she really seems to have great chemistry with her co-star, Justin Timberlake, doesn’t she?

Despite losing out to Mila, we believe Jessica didn’t really get the short end of the stick. After all, she and Justin have started dating again, despite earlier reports that he’d moved on with Mila.
