Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes at the Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museun of Art in NYC on Monday. Holmes is wearing those super heels again & looks like Cruise has to look up to her as usual!  It doesn’t get any better when the latest trend of heels are getting higher and higher, does it? Katie wearing her 4-inch Christian Louboutin heels, looks great but she must have forgotten her husband’s height!
