Kelly graced London’s red carpet in a gorgeous black halter-neck gown by Marcia Grachvogel with a huge white-and-red floral print on it’s flowing train that ran from the back and down to her calves that hugged her statuesque figure and beautifully matched her jet black hair.

The 1/3 of the former “Destiny’s Child” group, who attended the event to accept her “TV Personality of the Year” award for her season on “X Factor UK” recently, accessorized with a thick silver bangle and big hoop earrings.

Kelly looked simply beautiful even with her simple sleek straight locks, smoky eyes and shimmery pink lips.

Kelly was undoubtedly one of the best dressed of the night in her elegant Alberta Ferretti gown, which featured a sheer yoke and silver floral embellishments along the bodice and the back.

The singer complemented the simple nude gown with large silver and diamond chandelier earrings and a diamond cocktail ring.

Kelly finished the look with silver smokey eyes and glossy nude lips.

It’s an understated look, but it was clearly better than most of the outfits we saw on the red carpet.

Kelly played up her gorgeous peepers with a striking emerald green eyeliner, which perfectly matched her sexy, black and green Versace dress. To keep it from looking too crazy, the R&B singer softened up the bold hue, which was lined just along her bottom lashes, by using a soft, shimmery lavender eyeshadow on her lids, and simple black eyeliner along her upper lashes.

Honestly, matching your eye makeup with your clothes can be a bit tacky, but Kelly can really pull it off. The former Destiny’s Child singer has been sporting the same eye makeup (but in electric blue, not emerald green) style since July, and it’s always looked great on her.

Hollywood gossip websites got an eyeful of Kelly‘s awesome rack in a costume that was already flimsy to begin with. Is the wardrobe malfunction trend started by Janet Jackson at the 2004 Super Bowl getting a leg up these days? Or are so many of today’s threads fresh off the class D assembly line at China?

Kelly remained unperturbed about flashing her boobs, though, and maybe in part because she’s promoting her latest album, “Here I Am”, and well…here she is, indeed!

Hey, there’s nothing wrong with having a plastic surgery here and there! If something bothers you enough, change it! What I don’t like is someone who’s completely addicted to getting under the knife time and time again namely Michael Jackson –  actually the list goes on in Hollywood, doesn’t it?
