Unfortunately for the “Frasier” star, wife number four wasn’t allowed inside the courtroom, Hollywood gossip websites learned. The hearing involved custody of the two minor children he has with Camille, and it’s always a closed door session whenever cases involving children are heard, and in this instance, Kayte wasn’t an interested party.

Still, Kelsey exited the courtroom during a break in proceedings just to give Kayte a kiss, as if he needed sustenance to get him through the hearing. Eyewitnesses who observed the behavior of the 56-year-old comedian though it was “inappropriate”. Will this affect the results of the custody battle?

Whichever way the decision falls, it seems Kayte now has clear evidence of what her role will be during Kelsey‘s sunset years. Which makes us wonder why he just didn’t hire a caregiver instead of getting himself another wife.

Camille is reportedly dating Dimitri Charalambopoulos, a 35-year-old bankruptcy attorney who is almost a decade younger than her. The couple debuted their relationship at “Real Housewives” star Lisa Vanderpump’s birthday party at SUR Lounge in West Hollywood, and according to eyewitnesses, the two seemed very much in love. A source says:

“Dimitri kissed Camille’s head, kissed her lips and even tried to grab her butt, to which she tried to kindly push him away. They are clearly madly in love and very happy.”

Camille herself confirmed the relationship and gushed about her new boyfriend to HollywoodLife.com:

“I am very happy. He is just an incredible person. We met after filming, so you won’t see him on the show. We have been seeing each other for about four months now. He is also a wonderful father, he has a son. I am just so happy and grateful!”

Aaww. It’s nice to see that she’s finally moving on from her painful divorce.

Camille originally got full custody, but Kelsey has risen from the ashes with a vengeance saying he thinks the children would be better off with him.

Of course, Camille plans to fight this tooth and nail with a source close to her saying Kelsey likely doesn’t have a prayer due to his past behavior.

“He abandoned his family and got married within months of separating from Camille, all of which speaks volumes about his parenting and his respect for his current children,” says the friend, who describes Camille, 42, as a “loving and compassionate mother.”

I wasn’t a fan of Camille on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but I may need to side with her on this one. What do you think?

Kelsey told reporters outside the reception that he’s “never been happier.” People has the scoop and reported:

“Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests headed to the reception at the Plaza Hotel, where celebrity event designer Ed Libby transformed the Grand Ballroom into a mix of Hollywood glamour and uptown sophistication, with hundreds of candles, lavish floral arrangements of blush pink and white roses and tulips and a long, regal table where the newlyweds were seated.”

Oh, and there was no prenup which seems to be Kelsey Grammer‘s M.O. It’s rumored that Camille Grammer walked away with $50 million after the split.

Yep – Kelsey plans to marry Kayte by the end of the month, a ceremony which Camille and their two children won’t be attending.

So what are Camille‘s thoughts on the divorce?

“I have a great many mixed feelings about today — I’m sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead.”  She adds, “What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children, and I wish Kelsey and Kayte love and happiness in their new marriage.”

Nothing better than a marriage begun as infidelity, right?

Well, the emotional wrangling must be over! The divorce of the year will be officially finalized on Thursday. Even though Camille and Kelsey have yet to iron out how much she’ll pocket, the court approved divorce will allow Kelsey to marry new love, Kayte Walsh, this month like he had planned.

This will be Kelsey Grammer‘s fifth marriage. Camille is single. Oh, so single.

Since the split, Alexander got her PhD. in psychology and wrote a book, Manifesting Love, about how she learned to get into healthy relationships post-Grammer.

“I have immense compassion for what Camille is going through. I’ve been there. I gave her (Camille) a copy of my book,” claims Tammi.. “She says its been a great support to her. I really hope it has been because she truly deserves it. Camille got in touch with me about five months ago,” she said. “We had some candid conversations and there was a lot of stuff she didn’t know. He hadn’t been honest with her and he had kept us apart. He told me one story and her another.”

As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills can assert, Camille is deceptively wicked but gets off on pretending she isn’t. For instance, she’ll begin to tell Howard Stern that Kelsey cross-dresses and then take it back.

The dialogue goes as follows:

“He likes being with women, but there’s something between us that didn’t click…I’m not saying it…I’m not saying it. He has a little waist. I don’t know what to say! That was a gift to me. That was a super, special surprise. I’m not discussing this now…I’m gonna be smacked with a lawsuit! You’ve got to ask his new [fiancee].”

Ha ha. Well played, Camille. Leave a little to the imagination and get everyone picturing all sorts of crazy things. For his part, Kelsey’s rep had “no comment.”

According to a few of Camille‘s “friends” who spoke with the magazine, she stopped having sex with Kelsey a good year before they split. No word on why she was being stingy with her lady love, but could this have caused the actor to stray?

“Camille and Kelsey tied the knot but Camille soon became more committed to the lifestyle than to her husband. The relationship was clearly in trouble when they started filming.

“Camille stopped having sex with Kelsey about a year before they broke up,” an insider tells Life & Style. And Kelsey now fears her next move.

“He pleaded with photographers not to take his picture with his fiancée because his ’soon-to-be ex-wife’ would see it and go ballistic,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “Kelsey claims she shows pictures of the couple to the kids and blames Daddy for the mess.”

While Camille was back in L.A. with the couple’s kids, Kelsey was on the other side of the country performing on Broadway. He soon fell in love with a young British woman named Kayte and managed to get her pregnant while still married to Camille. He then soon filed for divorce.

To make sure Camille doesn’t make any kind of depression/revenge purchases, he’s made it so she can’t touch his retirement and business money.

Kelsey Grammer has more money than God, so we’re sure Camille is still living rather comfortably. Still, there’s no word on how much cash she’s expected to get from the divorce.

Supposedly, Kelsey Grammer likes to be spanked and has some sort of a mommy complex. However, Camille spoke out about this earlier today and says it doens’t exist.

“Quite simply, no tape exists of Kelsey and I having sex. And tabloid reports of me using it as a negotiating tool are a lie.”

Camille adds, “Contrary to reports, I am proud of the way Kelsey and I are handling the divorce – with a shared concern for the kids and with great respect for each other and what we had together.”

Well it wasn’t meant to be: Kayte Walsh miscarried soon after the pregnancy was announced. And what was Camille’s take?

“She feels sad about Kayte Walsh’s miscarriage, but believes it’s all part of the cosmos — what goes around, comes around,” dished one insider. “The split has been anything but amicable. Camille was devastated when she found out about the betrayal – even more so when she discovered her husband’s mistress was pregnant. Kelsey is in love with Kayte and simply wants to move on. But he’s bracing himself for a huge payout.”

Kayte Walsh is a British stewardess who works for Virgin airlines. Nobody knows how long she and Kelsey have been dating or whether or not the relationship will go anywhere. In fact, it was news to Kayte‘s parents once the story hit the Internet.

Her father said:

“I don’t know how long they have been together and I have not met him yet, but I’m looking forward to it. We just found out about her pregnancy a couple of days ago.”

Oh, Kelsey. What a tangled web of children you’ve woven. Just another mouth to feed on the Grammer payroll. Thank God, Frasier was such a money-making success.

I guess Camille isn’t worried about him having a heart attack any more…or maybe she is and wants to get out of Dodge before it happens again!

Camille Grammer, one of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is seeking primary physical custody of daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5, plus child and spousal support, E! Online reports. She filed the petition Thursday in Los Angeles.

The “Frasier” star and the former Playboy model, now 55 and 41, respectively, met on a blind date in 1996 and were married in August 1997.

Poor Kelsey.  I wonder when the rash of affairs or scandals will leak about him…do you think he had an affair?

Kelsey had a heart attack in Hawaii a few months ago.  He was treated and released and doing better.  He started working again to promote his movie Swing Vote with several appearances this week.  Since he felt faint, he has cancelled those interviews and is working on getting better.  Maybe he was doing too much too soon?

Doctors at the NY hospital say he is doing well and they are investigating the cause.

Kelsey was taken to a local hospital where doctors confirmed he suffered a mild heart attack.  He was treated and will remain in the hospital for several more days.   The 53 year old actor and his wife Camille have a home on the Hawaiian Islands where they stay in their off time.  And he will be having a lot of off time, since his latest TV sitcom got canned!  Maybe he was heartbroken over it?  Get well soon!
