Usually, when he looks like his normal self, he’s a pretty hot guy. But James Franco is almost unrecognizable in this new photo tweeted by his co-star, Selena Gomez.

The “James Dean” star had to go the Kevin Federline (the wannabe rapper version of K-Fed, not the fat version) route—cornrows, big sunglasses, a full goatee, tattoos, a white tank top, and an unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt—to look the part for his drug dealer role in “Spring Breakers.”

Who knew Britney Spears’ slouchy ex-husband had such great drug dealer style?

Gomez, who stars in “Spring Breakers” alongside Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Benson, tweeted the photo along with the caption:

“This is where the trouble begins… ;)”

We hope Franco doesn’t decide to keep this look…

Federline, 33, was brought to a Sydney, Australia hospital for tests after the 232 lb. former backup dancer, rapper and Britney spouse complained of chest pains and a racing pulse in the middle of a challenge with an AFL team at Doonside, New South Wales. Federline was reportedly given oxygen and treated by on-set paramedics before he was transferred to a hospital.

This marks the the second time the father of five has been hospitalized during filming for the series, the first having been heat stress during a show challenge in the Northern Territory last November.

In 2010, Federline lost 30 lbs. as a contestant on US TV’s “Celebrity Fit Club” in an effort to shed the 85 lbs. he gained following his 2006 divorce from Spears.

Poor Kevin. Looks like being torn away from his main meal ticket has caused him to balloon to something resembling a beached whale. Let’s hope Britney doesn’t decide to split from current fiance, Jason Trawick, too, or we’ll have another statistic to add to the country’s obesity epidemic.

Britney and her former manager (and now fiancé) Jason Trawick got engaged a few days ago, and of course, Hollywood celebrity gossip sites had to get K-Fed’s reaction to the news. Surprisingly, despite the bitter divorce and custody battle he and Brit-Brit went through, it was a positive one.

Federline told Australia’s TV Week magazine:

“I’m really happy for her… I think he’s a great guy.”

The former Mr. Britney Spears, who is currently in Australia filming a reality show called “Excess Baggage,” added:

“She’s happy; she’s doing really well. I want to say she’s in a good place… I haven’t spoken to her much since I’ve been over here, both of us have been busy with her being on tour, but I do know from talking to the kids and talking to the kids’ teachers that they’re doing really good.”

Kevin also had nothing but nice things to say about Jason, Britney’s betrothed. He said:

“He’s a really good guy, I’ve heard a lot about him. . . I’ve spoken to him quite a few times as of now. He seems like a really good guy. The kids speak highly of him [and] her family loves him.”

If you’re wondering why the former rapper is being so gracious… well… we believe it’s because he himself has found love—true love, even—with present girlfriend Victoria Prince, with whom he had his fifth child (the first two were with ex Shar Jackson, and the other two with Britney). Kevin shared:

“It’s really good once you’re able to move on with life. I mean, Victoria‘s the best person in the world. It took me going through the things that I went through to find a person like her… She’s more than I could ever have hoped for. Hopefully Britney feels the same way [about Jason].”

Congratulations K-Fed and girlfriend Victoria Prince, who’ve just welcomed little Jordan Kay into the world! It’s another daughter for the former Mrs. Britney Spears, who shares his first girl and a son, now aged nine and seven, with former partner Shar Jackson, as well as two little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James with Britney.

If its anything K-Fed is good at, its apparently at fathering children. Because what else is he good at? Even Shar Jackson, whom he remains in good terms with, would agree:

“He’s a great dad, and if you said his name right now, [daughter] Kori would go crazy. That’s the love of her life.”

Hmmm…let’s go ask Brit-Brit if she feels the same way after she immediately flew her sons to her side following an accident where Jayden needed stitches after his face said a violent how-do to a kitchen cabinet while in K-Fed‘s care.

Uh, well…congrats anyway Kevin Federline. And for whatever its worth, may your tribe increase…

Entertainment news found out the younger one, Jayden James, had to have stitches near his eye after slamming his face into a cabinet while in Kevin Federline‘s care. Knowing K-Fed has his hands full with pregnant girlfriend, model Victoria  Prince, who’s due to pop any day now with Federline‘s fifth (fifth!) child, Britney isn’t taking any chances, and has allegedly consulted a plastic surgeon about Jayden’s injury.

So will we be seeing a new custody battle between Brit-Brit (who once had Sean Preston fall on his head from a high chair under her care) and K-Fed soon?

Your guess is as good as ours.

So, along with other Brit-Brit and K-Fed enthusiasts, you’ll be on a bidding war over their wedding invite, Britney‘s baby shower invitation, one of K-Fed‘s fedoras autographed by the couple, some never before seen wedding photos, and other private stuff that didn’t make public viewing (a sex tape, maybe?).

The latest Hollywood gossip is tickled pink to see how much money K-Fed‘s grandad is likely to make over these memorabilia. With the huge initial bid price attached to it ($1,000), and no bidders as of press time, will Earl Story really make a buck over leavings of his grandson’s best-to-be forgotten past?

To his credit, he and Victoria have been together for over two years now, so it’s a relationship that appears as though it may last.

Victoria Prince and Kevin Federline first began dating after he and Spears split. She and K-Fed were first spotted out and about in January of 2009.

She’s reportedly six-feet tall and a former volleyball player. Those close to Federline describe her as being very “normal and low key.”

Kevin said he was depressed the last time when he ate and gained weight. What’s his excuse this time?

But nowadays Kevin Federline is a shadow of his former hunky self, and after an attempt to get back in shape with an appearance on Celebrity Fit Club, he seems once again to have lost the battle of the bulge.

The 32-year-old was dressed in usual uniform of oversize white baggy T-Shirt and long khaki shorts.

The shapeless clothes did nothing to camouflage Federline’s bulging body as he walked, flanked by his friends, drink in hand, down trendy Ocean Avenue.

I guess the counselors don’t keep up with their contestants after they lose weight, because Kevin could certainly afford the trainers to keep him fit. Why do you think he let himself slip again?

K-Fed was close-mouthed about the weight gain until recently. He finally opened up to ET.com and said:

“I looked pregnant,” he tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview scheduled to air Thursday night. “It was upsetting. It’s [usually] easy for me to brush stuff off of my shoulder. [But] when I see a pictures [of me] like that, and people are calling me ‘K- Fat,’ I had to do something about it.”

K-Fat joined Celebrity Fit Club and slimmed down.

“I loved to eat pizza and pasta,” Federline says, “so between not working out, and turning 30 years old, [the weight] started coming on real fast. I had my own mother telling me she’s worried about my health.”

Kevin hit up Celebrity Fit Club and dropped some pounds quickly. But he says this via the gain on People Magazine:

“Once you get depressed, you don’t really feel like doing anything,” Federline, 31, tells Access Hollywood. “You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. … I mean, it’s a combination of all of those things.”

The difference for Federline was that his troubles played out on a public stage.

“Everybody knows what happened with me and Brit,” he says. “I’m not going to say that’s the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression.”

The good thing is Kevin got help and is now losing the weight, becoming a healthy dad for his two sons. Good work!

Ha. This is rich. In the movie, K-Fed plays a Canadian border guard. No other details have emerged, but RadarOnline.com has a nifty picture of K-Fed in a park ranger type of get-up, with a menacing look in his eye.

Why Kevin, of course! This makes his fifth kid! Has Kevin even hit 30 years old yet? The man has fathered four kids by the oops method, you’d think he would have learned how to fix that by now or at least get a job to support them! From Hollyscoop:

A source says: “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

Insiders say Kevin isn’t happy about having to play dad to yet another child. As you know, he has two children with Britney Spears, and two with ex Shar Jackson, making this his fifth.

Would you be happy about this revelation if you were Kevin? I doubt it. Five kids is a lot to keep track of…even when you aren’t busy with a job.

High School Musical’s KayCee Stroh has been so impressed with K-Fed that she yapped to Eonline.com about how the ex-Mr. Britney Spears is such a cool guy.

“Kevin‘s as cool as a cucumber,” Stroh tells me. “He keeps it all together. All the rest of us are sobbing like babies, but Kevin is pretty calm and collected…Kevin is really a trouper,” Stroh says. “He’s actually quite shy and quiet and soft-spoken. But when he pipes in, he’s very funny and really witty.”

“He thinks that if he goes on the show, loses a ton of weight, and seems really likeable, he’ll get more deals afterward,” the friend said. “The way he sees it, he could have another show after ‘Fit Club,’ and that would open the door to working on music again, maybe even a fashion line.”

Kevin has packed on a bit of weight, with the rumored amount to be above 50 pounds, since his divorce to Britney Spears. According to TMZ:

Federleezy has packed on the pounds of late, but he’s on a mission to reduce the rolls. Earlier today, a TMZ employee watched Britney’s ex saunter onto the Simi Valley, CA set of the VH1 weight-loss reality show.

As TMZ first reported, Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert and Kevin’s other baby-mama Shar Jackson will also join him in trimming the fat.

I hope the show works for Kevin, because he needs to be healthy for his boys! Good luck Kevin. Who do you think will win on the show?

How did he get sooo big? Of course his ex, not Britney but Shar has once again came to his defence this time about his weight gain. Shar Jackson said it’s daddy weight!

As reports by NY Daily: Plump Kevin has reportedly been offered a seven-figure deal to endorse a new weight loss product. Seven-figure deal? The deal has yet to be confirmed but it looks like we could again see Kevin back to being fit as a fiddle again, you think?

Most recently, K-Fed was filmed partying in Las Vegas with his new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, until 3 a.m. Yes, sounds like a Grade A dad. Regardless, no network has picked up the show yet. Sources tell usmagazine.com that a pilot will be viewed and it will then be decided of they want to go further, but it “definitely isn’t a done deal.”
