Vivid Entertainment Group, which was to ship “Kim Kardashian Superstar” to stores last week, has “indefinitely” postponed the release featuring her sex romps with rapper Ray-J, because of a lawsuit she filed citing “violation to a right to privacy.” But that’s only increased demand. Vivid sales manager Howard Levine tells avn.com, “Everyone wants it.”
