Hollywood rumors say Kris is ready to testify in his annulment proceeding that Kim cut him off from sex almost immediately after their $18 million wedding extravaganza last August. Was it because Kim was so busy figuring out the take from their nuptials, or did she have her head wrapped around conceptualizing her reality shows to include her then-husband?

“Almost immediately after the wedding, they stopped having sex,”

a source told Life&Style Magazine. And Kris is dead set on taking her to court about it.

“Kim’s freaking out. All of her dirty laundry will be aired and there is a lot to air. Kim is a calculating person who does things to benefit her wallet. That’s her top priority! Everything will come out in court — even their sex life.”

While we usually take these kinds of reports with a grain of salt, Life&Style commands more credibility than most tabloids since the Kardashian sisters normally use the publication as part of their self-promotion.

Only last April, Kourtney graced the cover of Life&Style in a bikini three weeks in a row. A month later, Khloe and Kim covered the magazine for two consecutive weeks. In fact, the magazine has hyped just about every angle of the Kardashian Klan’s money-making schemes.

And now they’re saying Kim cut Kris out of the bedroom as soon as they tied the knot. And if allegations they didn’t consummate their marriage turn out to be true, then Kris‘ grounds for annulment based on fraud would be considerably strengthened.

So how will Kris Humphries explain all those honeymoon photos?

Is this Kimmy‘s way of saying she regrets putting her wallet above her heart during the course of her 72-day union with New Jersey Nets forward, Kris Humphries?

The reality show starlet put on a (nearly) bare face for her celebrity photo shoot for Allure’s March issue where she talked about working on a fresh start, because hey…she considers herself forever the optimist.

“Will I be more private of a person? Am I more guarded? Absolutely,”

Kim declared in an exclusive interview with the magazine.

“But, also, I’m a firm believer that my show is who I am.”

Does that mean she still hasn’t learned any lessons from her extremely brief marriage?

“[The experience] definitely made me want to be more private with my relationship, whenever I choose to get into one again. I’m not ready, but when that time comes, I’ll be more cautious about who I let my world open up to.”

Kim continued.

And for a person who spends most of her time “baring” intimate details of her life to a TV audience, maybe that may mean doing a more thorough background check on her next beau to ensure they aren’t liable to come after her for fraud like her ex-spouse, Kris Humphries is doing.

Kim walked the red carpet at the pre-Grammy event in a figure-hugging Antonio Berardi gown, which featured a skin-toned embellished bodice and a modest train.

The reality star completed the look with gold drop earrings and a large gold cocktail ring.

As for hair and makeup, the ultra-curvaceous Kardashian went with cascading curls, shimmery gold eye makeup, lush lashes, and glossy nude lips.

Honestly, that’s just way too much cleavage. The dress is beautiful, but we think it lost a lot of elegance points due to Kim’s in-your-face watermelons.

Despite the iron-clad prenup, Kim and her legal team are allegedly offering Kris the option to engage in financial negotiation so Kim can have the marriage ended amicably, and above all, privately. But Kris isn’t seeking a cash settlement and wants the whole world to know Kim married him under false pretenses…

“There have been informal settlement talks going on between Kim and Kris‘ respective lawyers,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“Team Humphries has made it crystal clear though that Kris isn’t seeking any money from Kim. Kris doesn’t want one penny from her. His lawyers have said the only terms acceptable for a settlement would be if Kim agrees to Kris’ contention that the marriage was a fraud. There is a stand-off at this point because Kim will never agree to that, she says the marriage wasn’t a fraud. It just didn’t work out.”

Looks like Kris Humphries is ready to go to war over his fraud allegations, and he isn’t concerned about the money at all.

Kimmy has reportedly instructed her divorce attorney to formally petition the court that her divorce from Kris Humphries be heard by a private mediator. Apparently, she doesn’t want it to play out in public or on camera, which makes the whole thing mighty suspicious. Don’t you think?

What? Kim shy away from bringing up her show’s ratings?

“A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator, which is routinely done in California, since it’s a no-fault state,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“Kim doesn’t want a long drawn out trial. She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding. She and Kris have no assets together and kept separate bank accounts, so this is a fairly routine divorce proceeding. Kim just wants this over and done with.”

Oh, come on, Kim. Are you going to deny your rapt audience the chance to finally know how it really ended? After all, you did make us suffer through hours of your $18 million wedding special…

The Twinkies are using the money from the auction to augment their Community Fund, and the media circus surrounding Kim and Kris‘ 72-day marriage has given them an opportunity to do just that. Hmmm…wouldn’t this be considered a disloyalty to Minnesota native and New Jersey Nets power forward, Kris Humphries?

“We have as far as we know, a one-of-a-kind item — a baseball with both of their signatures which we believe is best used to raise incremental funds for the good works of the Community Fund,”

Kevin Smith, executive director of public affairs for the Twins has announced of the ball signed by the now estranged couple during that fateful July 2011 game.

As of early this morning, bidding for the item at eDeal.com has reached $1,000 in an auction that ends next week.

Looks like the Twins have finally found a use for this miscellaneous item in their inventory. Wonder how much the signed baseball will go for after all the bids have come in…

Kris has been itching at the bit to tell the whole world what really went down during the time he spent with the three-ring circus that’s the Kardashian Klan. Only thing is, his prenup prevents him from doing so. Which is the reason he’s suing his estranged wife for fraud -  so he can open the whole can of worms on what he claims was their fakery of a marriage…

Will a good dose of real reality finally bite Kimmy on her prodigious behind after years of “baring” her whole life on camera for the moolah ratings?

According to TMZ, Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to “expose the modus operandi of reality TV” by proving to the whole world that Kim was only after the ratings for “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” and never intended to stay married to Kris at all.

So they’re now seeking the judge’s permission to have the divorce proceedings televised to show Kim‘s propensity for fraud, which are the grounds upon which Kris‘ annulment counter-suit is based.

Kimmy previously tweeted about wanting to start a bible study group…religion and spirituality being her new claim to fame (since trying to feed the homeless or pretending to help Haiti didn’t seem to work). Apparently, the reality starlet was serious about the bible talk because she’s done and gotten her first recruit…homewrecker, LeAnn Rimes herself…

Kim K. and LeAnn spent lunch together in Calabasas over the weekend with a Pastor Brad Johnson before attending service at his church, the Life Change Community Church in Agoura Hills.

It seems they’ve both been tweeting non-stop since their meeting, and we sense a kind of connection strong enough they should be able to launch their own Hollywood spiritual cult soon:

“So nice when your circle of supportive girl friends grows!”

LeAnn tweeted on her account,

“@KimKardashian great seeing you and the fam. See you soon xoxo.”

A shoutout to which Kim replied:

Definitely not basketball, we’re guessing… especially after her widely publicized divorce from NBA star Kris Humphries.

But why is she done with footballers?

TMZ reports:

“Sources close to Kim tell us, her break-up with [Reggie] Bush in 2010 was so rough … she has lost her taste for NFL players entirely — and has no plans to play the field in the near future.”

So no… she’s not secretly going out with New York Jets star Mark Sanchez, or making a play for Denver Broncos star Tim Tebow.

But that worry isn’t within the sphere of Kimmy‘s concerns right now…because it seems she’s determined to show people just how much her 72-day marriage meant to her by laughing the whole thing off. And because she’s such a trooper about showing people how awful she looks when she cries, she posted a whole slew of crying photos on her blog, too…

Maybe things are so bad for Kim K. these days she’s started seeking affirmation from all her fans and followers that no, she doesn’t look like an ugly blubbering hag at all.

Quite the opposite, in fact. She looks perfectly poised and beautiful shedding all those tears it’s become suspect that they’re real.

Which makes you kind of wonder what kind of church she attends, and what kind of bible she reads, given she’s gained a reputation for being The Great Deceiver of reality television.

Still, if Kim wants everyone to believe she’s a deeply spiritual person, then by all means, put her in a habit and hang a heavy wooden crucifix round her throat.

Just imagine what a pretty picture she’d make leading bible study sessions dressed as a nun in “Keeping Up With The Kardashians“…

Celebrity gossip websites are buzzing about Kim’s new hair color, which is nothing too remarkable, but still quite a change for usually raven-haired beauty.

The reality star has ditched her trademark jet-black locks for a lighter, chestnut brown hue—much like the brown color she wore last year, right before her wedding to Kris Humphries.

Kim posted the photo of her new hair color on her Twitter account, with the caption:

“I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I’m loving it! New hair color=new beginnings for me. You like?”

We do like, Kim. It suits you!

Topless Kardashians? Oh, goody!

The good thing is, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe don’t seem to be as heavily photoshopped here as they were in their previous Kardashian Kollection ads.

So, yay!

Kim posted the sexy topless photo on her Celebuzz blog, in an entry entitled “Keeping It Simple In Kardashian Kollection.” The reality star wrote:

“Kourt, Khloe and I decided to go natural for our Kardashian Kollection denim shoot with Nick Saglimbeni and pose in only our favorite jeans!”

She added:

“I think it’s such a beautiful shot and Khloe and Kourtney both look so stunning! Xo”

Poor Kim!

Some strange man showed up at Kimmy‘s Beverly Hills home carrying a whole set of luggage, claiming the porn star reality show starlet had him flown to Los Angeles to hire him for her reality show…which one of those shows, he never said. He also insisted the carte blanche invite extended to Kim offering her home for him to stay in until he found a place to stay in Tinseltown…

Kim freaked out, naturally.

She had one of her security people call the police when the man refused to leave her gate, where he remained insisting he had the right to be there by virtue of Kim Kardashian‘s authority.

As of press time, we’re still gathering details on whether the guy was booked for trespassing, or if Kim realized (ooops, her bad) that she did ask him to come over, after all…kind of like the time she hoodwinked persuaded Kris Humphries to marry her in an 18 million wedding ceremony.

Cher‘s supposed death is just one of the many hoaxes of celebrity demises that’s been spreading through social media channels, but this one takes the particular cake because Kim Kardashian just happened to cotton on to the rumor, and made things worse by spreading what appeared to be concern over the 65-year-old Oscar winner’s passing throughout her network of 12.8 million followers…

“Did I just hear Cher has passed away? Is this real? OMG.”

Kim tweeted a few hours ago.

“I hope this is a twitter joke and not true. I don’t see it on the news anywhere. I’m praying its not true…”

Her millions of followers took up the cry, of course, and wouldn’t you just know it… “RIP Cher” started trending on Twitter today.

Typical of Kim Kardashian. Is she trying, in her own transparently spiteful way, to get back at Cher for wanting to “drop kick those KARDASHIAN b*tches down the freeway” when her beloved only daughter son, Chaz Bono was competing against Rob Kardashian in “Dancing With The Stars?”

We wouldn’t put it past her, really. But wouldn’t it be loads better if she would use her Twitter account and millions of followers to spread good like Justin Bieber does?

Cher, bless her heart, isn’t one to take offense at reports of her death, because she sent a series of tweets detailing her life in the “hereafter”:

“Well here i am tweeting from the HereAfter! Its very Blue up here & thank God they gave me a view of the Sea,Palm trees & a Balinese house”

She quipped on her account.

“Lets tweet Later ’cause even though im JUST a Spirit im Hungry!!! Going 2 have a Tostada salade ! WONDER What they’re serving Down THERE?”

You can’t fault Cher for being without a sense of humor, even with someone like Kim Kardashian dogging her tail, and because:

Snoop‘s 59-minute video opens to a shot of a white porpoise barking out the word “b*tch,” and is entitled “Nemo’s Advice”…Nemo we assume being a pseudonym for Snoop…

The West Coast rapper, real name: Calvin Broadus, tells Kris Humphries he should have his head examined for trying to “make a ‘ho a housewife.” It seems Snoop‘s holding a huge grudge against Kim for messing up with a list of brothers, among whom her sex-tape partner Ray J and NFL Football star Reggie Bush garnered his special mention.

“I’m pretty sure she’ll have a book in a month talking about all the n**gas that she got and how she played them,”

Snoop ranted.

“So, my advice is you can’t make a ‘ho a housewife. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Let her do what she was born to do –’ho. Yeah.”

Snoop Dog sure has it in for Kim Kardashian. Will the reality show starlet’s brand survive this neverending backlash against her since she decided to divorce Kris Humphries last November?

Because just four months after its September 6 launch, the members-only Web site will cease its U.K. operations in order to focus on the American market, instead…

ShoeDazzle U.K. site, whose homepage, strangely enough, does not feature a huge photo of Kim with a come-hither look or pouty duckface, is currently informing it’s members it will cease being functional by January 31, and that refunds will be issued to cover any remaining credits.

In the meantime, leftover stock has been marked down by 50 percent as a part of a “closing down” sale.

Kimmy earlier sued the clothing brand last July for a whopping $20 million for using her not-so-subtle lookalike, model Melissa Molinaro in their Blue Navy TV commercials. Kim alleged that the commercial “created confusion in the marketplace and violated her rights to her name and likeness.” But The Gap has since rolled up it’s legal sleeves and released a bombshell of it’s own…

In an interesting twist in their legal battle, the retailer has launched an investigation to see whether Kim K.’s reputation really was damaged as per her lawsuit. In the scheme of things, this investigation could take about a year to complete.

“Kardashian herself, as well as her doppelganger and the creative forces behind the commercial, could end up on the witness stand.”

Legal experts told The New York Post.

Investigators for the Gap also intend to speak with representatives from Bebe and Sears, two retailers that used to have professional relationships with Kim Kardashian in the past.

The Gap has a few aces up their sleeves in their defense. One is to prove that Kardashian is “libel-proof,” meaning that her reputation is so bad that no single thing could cause true damage.

Secondly, The Gap also intends to prove that Kardashian is not actually as good a performer as Molinaro, the talent Old Navy hired for the spot.

Is Kim pissed at the fact that there’s someone out there who looks just like her channeling her persona to sell clothes for some other company other than the Kardashian Kollection? Or is it because ex-boyfriend, New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush tapped her lookalike for a brief period of time last year?

Uh, so what else is new?

According to recent celebrity news, the New Jersey Nets power forward has been telling close friends Kim staged the whole proposal right from the start. And all this so the entire scene could be captured for posterity (and the viewing public) on the family’s reality show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

Kris actually wanted to propose to Kim in Minnesota, but it turns out he had absolutely no control over the whole proposal situation…

“Kim told Kris how, where and when to propose, it was absolutely no surprise to her whatsoever,”

a family insider revealed to RadarOnline.com.

“First of all, Kris proposed in the middle of the day, and he had to do that because it would create better lighting to capture the moment. Kim looked so surprised but she knew it was happening.”

Which makes us wonder why they call it “reality shows” in the first place, right?

“She was in full hair and make-up, as she always is on the show. Kris wanted it to be very intimate and romantic, but all of his ideas were shot down by production officials and Kim,”

the source continued.

Well, hey, if Kim and her momager Kris staged a heart-to-heart talk that supposedly occurred inside a car in Dubai, it wouldn’t be so far off the mark to suppose they staged last year’s marriage proposal, too.

“Kim told him the paparazzi would ruin the special moment if it were to take place in a public setting, like the beach, which he had also considered. How romantic could it be with three camera crews?”

And how long it will be before we finally stop hearing of all this staged Kardashian drama…
