Lauren Conrad of The Hills shows off her great body in a bikini in Shape Magazine January 2008. She’s got a great body, doesn’t she?  The good news is her rack is real unlike her co-star, Heidi Montag & her implants. Real stuff is always better!

Conrad’s regimen: Twice-a-week weight training, running and kickboxing, along with a fish-and-veggie-friendly diet.

“I used to love fast food,” Lauren, 21, admits. “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.” – People
