Efron hasn’t had a serious relationship since he split up with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens two years ago, and it appears he has no plans of getting into one anytime soon.
The “Lorax” star was rumored to be going out with Lily Collins (who previously dated Taylor Lautner) after the pair was photographed out together in February—and on Valentine’s Day, no less.

As for hair and makeup, the brunette beauty opted for a slicked-back updo, shimmery gold eyes, and a frosty golden pink lip color.
