Linda Hogan’s boyfriend tried to get a restraining order taken out against Hulk Hogan but failed.  The judge threw the case out and probably laughed as he did so.  The boytoy – aka Charley – said he feared for his life.

Charley describes an incident that suddenly made him fearful via TMZ:

Hulk “dangerously followed” him in his car a couple weeks ago and “pulled up next to him and stared at him” at a stoplight — a crime in no states.

Linda Hogan debuted her boyfriend at a club this weekend. That’s all well and good but the icky part comes in when you find out more details about him.

His name is Charley Hill and get this – he is only one YEAR older than her son Nick.  Since Nick is in jail, is she trying to replace him?  Ewww.  The pair danced it up at the Palms Club in Vegas and got a little friendly.  Double ewww.  How do you think Brooke feels now?  Her mom could marry someone younger than her and her dad is dating her twin.  This family needs some group rehab!
