A warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest yesterday. While it’s still unclear why Lindsay was arrested, sources are speculating it’s because she didn’t jump through the right legal hoops after her DUI and drug possession arrest in 2007. Lindsay was arrested for cocaine possession, driving under the influence and reckless driving. After those charges, she was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol-education program and perform 10 days of community service.

Lindsay Lohan sounds very remorseful as she cofessed that she’s addicted to drugs & booze. Now don’t be a naysayer, Lohan is young & talented, she gets out of this mess, she’s got everything in front of her. As for jail time, Lohan will serve a grand total of a day! So among the three divas, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie & Lindsay Lohan. I guess Paris got the worse sentence. Paris probably has learnt her lesson well by serving the longest time though.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office is disinclined to charge Lindsay Lohan with three drug-related felonies, a decision that could spare Lohan from a prison sentence, celebrity news outlet TMZ.com reported on Tuesday.The charges are connected with Lohan’s two recent arrests for drunken driving, first in May when she crashed her car on Beverly Hills, and then in July when she was involved in a late-night car chase in Santa Monica. TMZ, citing unidentified law enforcement sources, said Lohan, the 21-year-old actress would likely face misdemeanor drunk-driving charges for both incidents. If found guilty of both, she would serve a minimum of four days in jail, TMZ.com said.

As expected Lindsay Lohan is being sued for her car chase last month. Tracie Rice wants her money as a lot of others do & perhaps there are more lawsuits to come… 

((Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a car the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month.

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” Tracie Rice, the woman who filed the suit, said in statement, according to the Associated Press. “Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Lohan, the Mean Girls star was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine in the early hours of Tuesday morning (24Jul07).

As we all know that bad girl, Lindsay Lohan was arrested again on Tuesday night as she was scheduled to go on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show. Instead of Lohan’s appearance, Rob Schneider replaced Lohan wearing a black dress, blonde wig and an ankle bracelet he made believe was filled with alcohol.
