Lindsay Lohan creates a production company. Add this to a long list of projects Lindsay has going right now. Hopefully this venture won’t bring another lawsuit to the already troubled Lindsay and her financial mess. So what is this company going to do?

Lindsay partnered with Kristi Kaylor, who is also a partner with her on another clothes venture. They are going to make beautiful movies together. Well, I’m not so sure about that. From Entertainment Weekly:

Lindsay Lohan being urged in to rehab AGAIN!  Lindsay’s mom Dina is supposedly behind Lindsay, pushing her to get help and get her butt to rehab.  The only problem – Lindsay ain’t having no more rehab.  The court is going to have to order something up for this hot mess before she hurts herself or someone else.
