Uh-oh…

Lindsay can’t hide now, because the salon Tanning Vegas is determined to finally make the tan-loving actress cough up money worth around $40,000 to pay for her debts—which she refused to pay for even after being sued in August 2011.

Now the tanning salon’s Lorit Simon, who also sued Linds for stealing their tanning formula which she used for her own line “Sevin Nyne” in 2009, is planning to move the case of her unpaid bills to California where the actress is filming the lifetime biopic, “Liz and Dick.”

TMZ got into details:

“It’s been 9 months since a Nevada judge ordered Lindsay to pay the $40,000 bill to the salon and — surprise, she hasn’t paid a cent.  Now the salon is trying to get the matter moved to California, so it can attach Lindsay‘s assets to satisfy the judgment.”

We don’t get it. She may have been stuck to become one of Judge Sautner‘s favorite celebrities on probation but we’re sure she still had money, way more than the measly forty thousands that the tanning salon is asking for.

And disobeying a Nevada judge… we’re guessing that’s not going to sit well with Sautner.

Wait… are we still on this? Really?

Though praised by most of the show’s mainstay cast, Lindsay was widely bashed by critics—and the rest of the viewing public—for her not-so-great guest appearance on “Saturday Night Live” in March, for which she gave a very flat performance. Lindsay was constantly forgetting her lines and looking over (very obviously) at the teleprompter, and at times failed to look directly at her co-stars while exchanging lines with them during a skit.

Her dad Michael, who once called her a “drug addict” and said she needed to go to rehab, offered up a drug-related explanation: prescription pills.

Papa Lohan tells Celebrity VIP Lounge:

“Lindsay was not using any illicit drugs or drinking, but is still on the prescription drugs that they gave her… And the meds that they give her are meds that they say she needs, but she doesn’t need them. But they kind of make her flat. She’s not acting at a full potential. It’s like the screen is down over her.”

But Michael reveals that Lindsay definitely went off the pills for her recent guesting on “Glee,” which received mixed reviews from critics.

Michael shares:

“And now when she did Glee I said, ‘Linds, get off the damn medication and let people see who you really are.’ And for a couple days before Glee, she went off this stuff. And there were tears in my eyes when I watched Glee. THAT was Lindsay.”

He adds:

“Yeah that was her acting. That is Lindsay Lohan at the Parent Trap, Freaky Friday and Mean Girls potential. That is what she was.”

Really? Lindsay‘s appearance on “Glee” was definitely better than her “SNL” stint, but we really don’t think it’s up there with “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday.”

Exactly.

Lindsay has been made to play the role of the great Liz Taylor for her much-awaited film story, “Liz and Dick“—no matter how much other people would like to deny it—but the spot for the actor who gets to play the legendary Hollywood actress’ mate, Richard Burton, has been questioned for weeks…

…until now, because Grant Bowler, who starred in ”Blue Heelers,” the third season of “True Blood” and is currently the host of “The Amazing Race Australia,” has reportedly been chosen for the coveted role.

We know what you’re thinking… he seems too old to be starring as Lindsay‘s (Taylor‘s) man—18 whole years, in fact!—but the film’s producer, Larry Thompson, defends the choice to E! News:

“Richard Burton was quite older than Elizabeth Taylor. This is from a visual point of view just about equal to Liz and Dick. Visually speaking it is a perfect match.”

Thompson even promises that there will be a lot of steamy scenes for the Linds and the hunky werewolf from “True Blood.” After all, they have really strong chemistry. He explains:

“We had seen him [Bowler] on tape and liked him but wanted to confirm the chemistry between the two. But this morning we had Lindsay and Grant come into a room at Lifetime and the chemistry exploded. It’s Fourth of July firecrackers going off in the room. We knew from the chemistry that Liz and Dick live again. Chemistry means movie magic for sex.”

The director added:

“This movie will definitely have as much sex as Lifetime will allow.”

So Lindsay gets to hook up with an older guy on screen—as Liz, of course.

Is she trying to pull a BROOKE SHIELDS or something?

The troubled actress, who managed to look decent—even classy, actually—at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner last month, was way off her game when she appeared on the red carpet at an event sponsored by the A&E channel at New York’s Lincoln Center with unsightly makeup and eyebrows to rival those of Lily Collins (but to be fair, Lily does pull hers off quite well).

It’s not as bad as her decaying teeth incident last October or her zombie makeup moment at the courthouse, but it’s definitely still bad.

Lohan, who was clad in a black and gold lace dress, appeared to have applied her makeup without looking in a mirror.

First, as we’ve already mentioned, her eyebrows were too thick and dark—they totally did not go with her hair or the rest of her face; second, her foundation appeared blotchy and uneven, looking too light in some places and dark in others; and third, her lipstick shade clashed with everything.

It’s either Lindsay needs to fire her makeup artist, or he/she left the actress to do it all by herself… in the dark.

What could they be up to?

Lindsay had dinner with 76-year-old Woody Allen in New York last night, and although there’s no word on what it was for, we’re pretty sure it wasn’t a date—but we wouldn’t completely shun the idea of the actress being interested in much older men after rumors of her hooking up with her 46-year-old pervy photographer.

The unlikely friends were spotted exiting the fancy Philippe restaurant and it was clear that they didn’t want to step out together.

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ:

“Allen and Lilo have been friends for years now and he’s one of her biggest supporters — never jumping on the judgment bandwagon.”

So, could the  be giving her a chance to work with him for a well-deserved comeback? The site reports:

“We’re told there are no projects officially on the books right now, BUT sources tell us they’ve been throwing around the idea of Lindsay being in one of Allen‘s future films — which would be huge for Lilo, since his last flick, ‘Midnight in Paris,’ won him an Academy Award.”

We have to admit, this seems to be a pretty clever strategy for Lindsay and we commend her if she had initiated the dinner for her career improvement. Plus, who doesn’t want to work with the great Woody Allen?

Yes, they are hanging out again. But Lohan and Ronson, who had quite a volatile relationship back when they were dating (they even ended up in a bar fight once), are definitely not getting back together.

TMZ reports:

“Lindsay did hang out with Sam Thursday night at Le Baron in New York — but sources tell TMZ, there was no touchy-feely business going on … it was just two old friends catching up together.”

A source adds:

“[Lindsay and Sam are] just friends. That’s it. Nothing more.”

Good for her!

In case anyone’s forgotten, Lindsay was said to be involved in a so-called hit-and-run incident by Thaer Kamal, a club manager whom she struck while driving on her way out of Sayers Club, way before she was even granted her freedom from formal probation.

Cops have observed LiLo Porsche had no scratches, and in addition to that, the suspicious man was reported to change his story often—especially when he found that the car that “hit” him was being driven by the actress.

Now the authorities have finally trashed the case and LiLo will not be prosecuted.

TMZ explained:

“According to the L.A. County D.A.’s rejection notification, Kamal was a “non-credible witness” who changed his story and refused to cooperate with law enforcement.  He refused, among other things, to produce the medical records he claims he had from his alleged hospital visit.”

The site also confirms LiLo‘s defense that he had not hit Kamal with his car, stating:

“Cops also say the surveillance video shows ‘no collision.’”

Whew, that was pretty close! After much waiting, we’re glad to hear that LiLo is in fact innocent.

Now sue him back, girl!

Lindsay may have missed her flight to Washington—allegedly because she was up all night partying—and missed the White House Correspondents’ pre-party, but the “Glee” guest star, who reportedly sat at the same table as Kim Kardashian, eventually made it to the actual dinner… and she actually looked like her old self.

LiLo arrived in a black halter gown, which featured a modest plunging neckline and a flowing train.

Her accessories include an assortment of diamond bracelets and bangles, diamond stud earrings, and a simple pendant necklace.

Lindsay completed the look with loose, romantic waves, bronzed cheeks, and a striking red lip.

Lindsay really looked much better than she usually does, but her dress could have used some ironing.

And don’t get us started on the makeup.

Lindsay Lohan was late yet again, this time, for her trip to Washington yesterday where she was due to attend the White House Correspondents’ brunch and dinner to mingle with politicians—and Kim Kardashian in the same table.

The actress made it to the brunch, but she missed her first plane at 1pm yesterday where her lawyer, Shawn Holley, and George Clooney, who was also guest at the dinner, had gotten on.

TMZ reported further:

“As for why Lindsay missed the flight … we’re told she just couldn’t pull it together. She PLANS on taking a later flight.”

Rumor has it that she couldn’t “pull it together” on time because she was out the previous night. But another party was waiting for her after all, of course she would make it—even if she was already hours late.

Better late than never huh, Lindsay?

How so, Lindsay?

No one can do anything about Lindsay Lohan‘s casting for the role of Elizabeth Taylor in her lifetime biopic “Liz & Dick“—and not even Rosie O’Donnell, because she’s already employed and insured for it!

What matters to Lindsay now is that she proves her critics wrong and honors the late Hollywood icon in her upcoming film, but what does she say about Rosie‘s disbelief in her ability to do Taylor justice?

Lindsay tells Access Hollywood:

“It’s funny that someone you don’t know at all can say something so intrusive and so knowing. You should base your opinions when you meet someone. One-on-one is better.”

She adds:

“I don’t think I need to tell her anything. I know that I’m great and I know that I know Liz Taylor really well.”

Oh how well does she knows Taylor, she explains:

“We’ve shared the same makeup artist and the same hairstylist. We’ve worked with a lot of the same people. She sent me a ring at one point in my life from her House of Taylor costume collection.”

Bottom line is, looks like Lindsay is determined to deliver her best performance ever for the part, as she says:

“I’m really lucky to be able to do this role and I just want to honor her the way she should be honored because she’s helped a lot of people in her life.”

As she should! We know Megan Fox is probably already crying in her sleep (until she found out that she’s expecting a baby soon) because the part wasn’t given to her.

Did she now?

Lindsay Lohan probably didn’t make a good impression on her co-stars and production team because in addition to her reported 6 hour tardiness, she also acted like a pure diva on the set of “Glee.” In fairness to LiLo, she didn’t hold up production but it did seem like she wasn’t too excited to for her guest appearance as a judge on the show.

Could she be holding grudges against the show for mocking her last year?

A source told Us Weekly:

“She came to set with a million demands and was not prepared to work.”

Of LiLo‘s diva demand of a pimped out trailer, the source said:

“One of her demands has to do with her trailer size. The cast is already worked to death and then she puts everything behind. She is a diva!”

You would think that Lindsay would make an effort to impress people and be on the good side of her employers after they gave her a chance for a comeback—which she is in dire need of.

Let’s hope her performance on May 12 will make up for her haughty behavior…

No feuds here, but we find it interesting that the two most talked about female celebrities and friends Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan are going to be attending at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner where other Hollywood stars rub shoulders and make news with the political world on Saturday.

A source from the upcoming event told TMZ:

“Kim and Lindsay were both invited by Fox News Channel and they will be face-to-face at the table.”

Who knows what that particular table will be chitchatting about with the two bombshells in their midst?

Well, Lindsay could always brag about her extended knowledge of laws and Kim could talk about her dream of becoming mayor…

The connection? Why drug use, of course…

Rosie O’Donnell went back on the “Today” show to explain why she thinks Lindsay Lohan shouldn’t have been cast for the role of Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming biopic, ruthlessly suggesting that the once-troubled actress could be going down the same downward spiral as the late singer Whitney Houston.

Her solution? Lindsay should keep away from Hollywood, as soon as possible!

She explains why she feels obligated to speak out about the actress, stating:

“Watching Whitney Houston‘s funeral I remember thinking, ‘Why didn’t more people say what they knew?’ We all knew.”

Referring to the late singer’s drug addiction, she added:

“We watched ‘Being Bobby Brown‘ … it was like watching Sid and Nancy … they were people in the throes of addiction. But all anyone cared about was that the show was getting ratings.”

Rosie blasted Lindsay again, pretty much saying what Lindsay‘s dad said about the former host:

“To look at Lindsay Lohan, you can’t help but feel for her … and I do not think she’s untalented, I think she’s quite talented.”

That was harsh.

We suppose its safe to say that Rosie doesn’t believe people can change, or that they can be changed by something like drug use. And knowing Lindsay, this is only another chance for her to prove herself and the likes of Rosie wrong.

Could we really blame them?

Looks like it’s not only Rosie O’Donnell and a mass of critics who doubt Lindsay Lohan‘s ability to pull of filming and, ultimately, the role of Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor in her upcoming lifetime biopic “Liz & Dick,” as the film’s producer Larry Thompson confirms having back up plans for the troubled actress.

Maybe they have Megan Fox all ready to swoop in for the part at any time?

Larry told E! News:

“Well, we have more than a Plan B actually [because] Lindsay Lohan may be the most insured actress that ever walked on a soundstage.”

While many other actresses are normally insured for a role, Lindsay holds the highest price tag, thus resulting to a change of filming location (Canada to LA) to “minimize risk.”

In spite of the what ifs, the film producer has faith in Lindsay and commends her for taking on the controversial role:

“[Lindsay's] really excited by the challenge. She has a noble purpose; it’s not like she’s going to go do a little job—the responsibility of playing Elizabeth Taylor is large.”

He added:

“Now if I learn to regret it sitting here today I think it is still for the movie a great risk to run.”

Michael Lohan backs his daughter up again and slams Rosie O’Donnell following her recent blast about his daughter’s alleged inability to portray and do justice to Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor in a biopic titled “Liz & Dick,” especially after his troubled daughter’s past is not exactly that far behind her yet.

Lindsay‘s dad insists that the menopausal Rosie is in no position to judge her daughter, especially after her own shortcomings—such as her getting fired off Oprah Winfrey‘s network—have hit celebrity news just like his daughter’s own problems have.

Michael told TMZ:

“Who the hell is Rosie O’Donnell to judge anyone, especially Lindsay, who has far more talent than Rosie ever had?”

He continued on about the 50-year-old star:

“Lindsay‘s talent isn’t limited to being a comedian or getting notoriety for adopting and raising a bunch of kids. Sure, [Lindsay] has her pitfalls, but she is 25, and how old is Rosie?”

Lindsay‘s protective—and apparently religious—father added:

“Two failed talk shows, a failed marriage, etc … He/she who is without sin. May they cast the first stone.”

We don’t exactly think that Michael is in any position to judge anyone else either for his fair share of newsmaking, but we totally understand where he’s coming from. He’s Lindsay‘s father, after all…

After obsessing over the coveted role of the late actress, Lindsay Lohan finally got her dream role as Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming biopic “Liz and Dick“—but Rosie O’Donnell definitely thinks that she can’t do her character justice. In fact, she shouldn’t be doing it at all!

When asked by hosts Matt Lauer and Donny Deutsch on “Today” show about what she thought of Lindsay officially bagging the role of Liz Taylor, Rosie replied:

“I feel very sorry for her … I think she needs a lot of time away … She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including SNL. She was out and not in rehearsal. I think she’s not in a place to work.”

Deutsch suggests that Lindsay is “our generation’s Elizabeth Taylor” when Rosie exclaimed:

“You’re out of your mind! You’re a crackhead! The last thing she did good she was sixteen.”

She continued:

“I don’t think she’s right for the role and I don’t think she’s capable at this point to portray that character.”

Rosie may be right about Lindsay being troubled in many ways, but considering how hard she worked for the role, she may just be planning on making it her biggest comeback to prove that she can be trusted after all.

Well it’s a little too late for that now, is it?

Lindsay Lohan has finally admitted that she and clubs just don’t mix, so she decides to never set foot in at least one of those infamous clubs.

According to star news, The Standard Hotel’s Smoke and Mirrors club—where the former hard-partying queen had allegedly shoved a woman and just a week after was attacked with a drink by yet another woman—is one place that LiLo will never be caught in anytime soon.

According to TMZ:

“[Lindsay's] on the hunt for a new hip place to spend her free time.”

The site also states:

“We’re told Lindsay is fully aware she’s now a big fat target … knowing full well there are people who want either quick publicity, some easy money or both — but she vows not to become a shut-in out of fear.”

You’d think she’d figure out that quitting clubbing altogether and just going back to being a homebody would be tres better. The actress didn’t change that much after all.

Despite the fact that she was cruelly mocked on the hit Fox show in season 2, Lindsay Lohan is going ahead with her planned guest appearance on “Glee” as a judge at the Nationals singing competition, where McKinley High’s New Directions will face off against glee club champions Vocal Adrenaline.

E! Online reports:

“[Lindsay] plays a “heightened” version of herself, including being disappointed she doesn’t get a red chair that whips around like on The Voice.”

LiLo, who will reportedly share the judging panel with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and “Entourage” star Rex Lee, is set to shoot her scenes for the upcoming episode this week.

An insider shares:

“It’s great stuff for her… She’s been very nice to everyone.”

Lying, again?

A few opposing witnesses later, a newly acquired CCTV video from The Standard Hotel reportedly showed Lindsay Lohan on the night of her alleged nightclub altercation with a woman who claims the “Mean Girls” actress shoved her after she tried to talk to one of her male friends inside the Smoke and Mirrors club.

LiLo claimed that she was at home during the alleged incident, almost making everyone think that the woman was trying to set her up with a false police report. Now, who knows?

However, the fact that she returned to the scene of the “crime”—where she got into yet another fight that was not her fault—and that her rep has refused to make a statement sort of implies that she’s innocent… for now.

Wonder what Judge Stephanie Sautner could be saying right now…

We think it’s safe to say that Lindsay Lohan seriously can’t stay away from trouble! The “Mean Girls” actress came back to The Standard Hotel in LA and hit Smoke and Mirrors, the club where she allegedly had a fight with a woman almost two weeks ago, only to get into another altercation.

Here’s the lowdown: Sources say that LiLo was riding in the passenger seat when the car hit another vehicle, so she ended up calling her dad Michael for help. Her dad arrived and later went inside the club with her. After hours of just talking and not drinking at all, a woman made a snide comment about the actress, causing LiLo to answer back with “shut the f*ck up.”

The woman reportedly hurled a drink at Lindsay, making Daddy Lohan drag his daughter out of the club with him.

Poor Lindsay‘s probably tired of getting into trouble, as well all are tired of hearing about her. Maybe it would be best that she stayed at home unless she needs to be out filming…
