Actually, Madonna is sticking to her regimented regime it sounds like. The Daily Mail says:
Madonna spends a million dollars on a hotel in Argentina over the weekend. Madonna has been criticized for being cheap early in her tour to the “staff”, so maybe this was her way of making up for it? The hotel was none other than a Four Seasons in Buenos Aires.

Of course, Madonna still had the top room. Her suite cost around $9,000 a night. The rest of her staff, which includes singers, dancers, makeup people, chiropractors, masseuses and who knows who else, occupied 110 rooms. Says Gossiprocks:
