Madonna may dislike Lady Gaga mainly because she didn’t think her hit “Born This Way” was too unoriginal (plus the fact that she can’t quite figure her out) but she dared to include Gaga‘s similar-sounding track into her own concert rehearsal anyway in Tel Aviv in Israel recently.

In fact, she even mashed it up with her own song from 1989, “Express Yourself”—the track which she claimed Gaga had based her hit on.

Maybe it was to finally prove that it really did sound similar? After all, she did say that “Born This Way” was a “wonderful redo” of her track.

Hmm. Wonder how Gaga and her fans would react to this one…

Kim Kardashian has an extensive array of sexy and expensive designer clothes but it doesn’t stop her from wanting to raid other style icons’ wardrobes, namely Jennifer Lopez‘s and Madonna‘s.

We would understand why she would want to incorporate Jennifer‘s daring and elegant style into her own, but Madonna‘s unpredictable and eccentric style? We’re not quite sure…

Kim admitted to Us Weekly:

“I would love to raid so many celebrities’ closets, but I think Jennifer Lopez‘s would be amazing.”

She also added:

“I think Madonna‘s closet would be amazing, just all the pieces she’s had for many years.”

Why would anyone want to wear Jennifer‘s mile-long dresses and Madonna‘s age-old hand me downs when you can buy and recreate any piece of clothing that you want?

However, the reality star admits that whatever she wears will never be good enough without confidence:

“If you’re not feeling it, you’re not going to look sexy.”

Don’t remember that epic moment? Here’s a refresher:

Years before Katy Perry shot to stardom by kissing a girl and liking it, Madonna and Britney shocked the world by delivering one of the hottest onstage kisses ever seen.

And now, almost 10 years later, the pop superstars are considering doing it again.

It all started when Spears went on Twitter to congratulate Madonna on her new album, MDNA. She wrote:

“@MadonnaMDNAday love the new album – every single song is incredible. congrats girl!”

To which Madonna tweeted back:

“@britneyspears please come on stage and kiss me again. I miss you!!”

The “Criminal” singer coyly replied:

“@MadonnaMDNAday Tempting…”

Madonna then asked:

“@britneyspears Are you gonna make me work for this?”

And Britney said:

“@MadonnaMDNAday Why of course!”

So is this happening or what? Sure, it might not be as hot this time around, but it would still be awesome!

Wait, didn’t she already clear this up?

After clearing things up with DJ Deadmau5 after he slammed her for referencing “Molly” in front of her electronic dance community crowd at the Ultra Music Festival recently, which he interpreted as the singer glamorizing the use of the party drug ecstasy, celebrity news tells us that Madonna has another DJ blasting her for her careless comment.

Apparently, DJ Paul van Dyk was not convinced that she was only talking about a song by her friend Cedric Gervais—which frankly still seemed to talk about the drug—because he spoke in an interview recently and called Madge “stupid” for asking her audience, “How many people in this crowd have seen Molly?”

The Grammy Award-winning DJ said in his interview:

“Madonna was so stupid to actually call out drug abuse in front of a crowd of 18-year-olds. I don’t think she was thinking much.”

He continued:

“The only thing she was probably thinking was, ‘I need to connect with a young crowd,’ and she made the biggest mistake of her career.”

We doubt that it was, although we would reconsider the fact that she really might have referred to the drug to connect with the party crowd. Madge has managed to stay in the industry for decades with her trademark erotic imagery and very obscure references to drugs in her music and videos and so this should be nothing. Nothing, we tell you!

But do you think the DJs were exaggerating or did Madonna really just make “the biggest mistake” of her career?

The thing is, no one knows why!

As previously reported by many celebrity gossip websites, Piers Morgan is so mad at Madonna because of a “private spat” that he now wants her to go down on her knees and beg for his forgiveness. Right before she can ever get on his show on CNN, that is. But one can’t simply have a feud with Madonna, much less ask for her apology!

Piers took to Twitter last Tuesday and publicly banned the singer from his show, tweeting:

“Welcome to Twitter. You’re still banned from my show. Love Piers X.”

Guy Oseary, Madge‘s manager, seemed to laugh at it as he replied with a “Really?” and a copy of the letter of invitation from Piers‘s producer to get on Piers‘s UK chat show. Whoops!

Piers still refuses to reveal at least the nature of the argument. He simply told TMZ:

“Madonna can come on [my] show, but she has to get on bended knee and apologize to me … on TMZ.”

Can you just imagine Madonna apologizing to anyone like that?! Especially after an insider close to the singer’s management says:

“Piers is delusional for feuding with Madonna. He isn’t even on Madonna‘s radar. The UK invitation speaks for itself.”

Maybe there are other ways to ask for that apology, Piers… Like telling us what the spat is about, for instance? Now that’s bound to get her attention!

Or was she?

After being blasted for allegedly glamorizing the use of the illegal love/party drug in her concert in Miami, celebrity news kept close watch until Madonna finally defended herself and cleared the air with DJ Deadmau5 by saying that she was only referring to the song “Have You Seen Molly” when she asked the electronic dance music crowd the very same question.

Now we’ve found a video of the song. It does exist after all! The thing is, we all know “molly” can refer to the active drug in ecstasy, but it’s also a common female name. So when the particular song rings “Let me find Molly,” who “makes me want to dance,” it just gets us all confused… Or at least, that’s what MDNA (another word play right there!) and her DJ friend Cedric Gervais hoped we’d be.

Come on! Is this like how Britney‘s song “If U Seek Amy” is about her lost friend Amy and does not wish to spell profanity?

Now that’s unusual!

Madonna first claims that the world-famous DJ Deadmau5, real name Joel Zimmerman, could not be more wrong, when he attacked the singer on his Facebook page saying that she was a “f*cking idiot” for asking her Miami concert audience if anyone has “seen Molly”, glamorizing what he and hundreds of her electronic dance music fanatics at the venue understood to be ecstasy.

And now they’ve made up, for all their fans and followers to see, and without even waiting for celebrity gossip websites and star news to report about every single one of their comments like other celebrities do!

Following his Facebook blast, the DJ posted on Twitter:

“@MadonnaMDNAday You’re a role model to 100′s of millions. You have a powerful voice,EDM could use your positive influence, not your ‘molly’ talk. … I may have slated you a little rough, but I found it offensive to see the illicit drug crap lit up at an EDM event”

Madonna clarified things by tweeting her Minnie Mouse photo with the caption:

“From one mouse to another I dont support drug use and i never have. I was referring to the song called ‘Have You Seen Molly’ written by my friend Cedric Gervais who I almost worked with on my album.”

Zimmerman replied to her tweet, saying:

“Fair enough, I was just voicing my concerns as I usually do. +1 respect for clearing it up personally … regardless, just be a little more aware of what you should represent at EDM events, and I’ll watch my mouth.”

To which, MDNA replied:

“Communication is always best. You should have called me first, we could have cleared it up ‘privately.’ ;) See you on the road.”

Their chit chat didn’t end there, as Deadmau5 warned:

“@MadonnaMDNAday sure. regardless, just be a little more aware of what you *should* represent at EDM events, and ill watch my mouth.”

Then the singer replied to the DJ with a photo, captioned:

“broken pinky swear”

Hmm.

Seems awfully non-showbiz for a feud like such to have concluded this way. Too bad, as we were expecting a showdown between the DJ and the pop legend. Maybe Madonna is more mature than she comes off as after all.

Was she really?

One of Madonna‘s audience member at her show in Miami’s Ultra Music Festival, DJ Deadmau5, slammed the singer for glamorizing the use of ecstacy during the particular concert. Clearly, the DJ wasn’t thrilled that the 53-year-old singer resorted to citing a drug during her spiel in order to look hip and youthful in front of her new generation electronic dance music audience that night.

How shameful.

Madonna yelled at the crowd:

“How many people in this crowd have seen molly?”

Of course the DJ Deadmau5 and the rest of the crowd knew that “molly” meant ecstasy, so everyone—except the DJ—cheered at the comment.

While everyone went crazy as they felt the wrongful sense of unity brought on by the diva, Deadmau5 posted on his Facebook page:

“Very classy there madonna. ‘HUR DUR HAS ANYONE SEEN MOLLY???’ such a great message for the young music lovers at ultra.”

The DJ added:

“Quite the f’n philanthropist. but hey, at least yer HIP AND TRENDY! f*cking cant smack my head hard enough right now.”

Like that wasn’t bad enough, MDNA also seems to have issues with censorship, as she hollers at the crowd:

“Are you ready for the next DJ, m*therf*ck*rs?”

But sex sells, right?

Unfortunately for her fans under 18, Madonna‘s newest ”Girl Gone Wild” music video—directed by the same fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot from her fragrance ad and J.Lo‘s red hot cover for Vogue—has been her fragrance adbanned for public view on YouTube for its scenes with topless men in tights, nudity (bare bottoms anyone?), sadomasochism, crotch-rubbing and implied masturbation.

Fortunately for some, the “MDNA” team will be editing the raunchy video for a YouTube-friendly version to comply with the album’s new marketing strategy, which is to base her new music on social media.

A source tells the New York Post:

“YouTube has decided the video is too raunchy and should only be viewed by those 18 or over, and actually, the video is hard to find on the site. YouTube has sent Madonna’s team a list of shots that should be cut to make it appropriate for everyone.”

A YouTube rep also claimed:

“While we don’t comment on individual videos, we review all videos flagged by our users against our community guidelines. In some cases we age restrict flagged material that, while not in violation of those guidelines, contains images that may be unsuitable for younger users.”

But the video wasn’t Madonna’s first censored reel that had the singer’s trademark erotic imagery. According to Madonna’s rep, Liz Rosenberg:

“Some things never change. This is a throwback to [1990] when MTV refused to show ‘Justify My Love.’ ”

Was it really that offensive? You be the judge:

In what could very well be one of the Queen of Pop’s best albums ever, which will be released on March 26th this year, “MDNA” has one of her tracks leaked! While the very busy Madge gets busy on tour and with the launch of her new perfume and shoe line, why don’t we check out her new leaked track, “I F*cked Up,” where she sings:

“I f*cked up
I made a mistake
Nobody does it better than myself
I’m sorry
I’m not afraid to say
I wish I could take you back but I can’t”

We know Madonna surely doesn’t relate to this song now that she’s in love, but hasn’t everyone felt this way in one way or another?

Who else is excited for the rest of her songs to come out?

Are they being ungrateful?

Well, disenchanted is more like it. The Malawi government has probably had it with the Material Girl’s broken promises, because the last time Madonna said she was going to build schools in the impoverished country, she ended up abandoning the project, blaming the alleged poor leadership and greed of the people she entrusted to get it done.

Earlier this year—about a year after scrapping plans to build a school for girls near Lilongwe, Malawi—Madge announced that she was planning to pick up where she left off and build ten schools in Malawi.

Unfortunately, Malawi officials have had enough.

Lindiwe Chide, Malawi’s Ministry of Education spokeswoman, has announced that the Malawi government is “fed up” with Madonna, especially after the singer failed to inform them when she discarded her plans to create a girls’ school in Malawi last year.

She told Reuters:

“Now she decides to announce that she plans to build 10 schools without getting authority from us again. We now feel like this is all about propping up her global image and not in our interest.”

Chide added:

“She has no mandate to decide where she wants to build a school because she doesn’t know our needs and where we want new schools… she first needed to consult us, get permission from us before doing anything.”

A lot is definitely in store for Madonna and her fans this year… literally!

Madonna seems to be working way hard this year! Besides her first-ever perfume “Truth or Dare by Madonna” being launched in April and her new album and her world tour happening in May, Madonna‘s new line of shoes also called “Truth or Dare by Madonna” will be hitting Macy’s, Nordstrom and Asos.com come August. The brand is sure to be big and wishes to target the ladies aged 27-50 who, like the diva, have a timeless style and are oozing with sex appeal.

Differing from her junior line “Material Girl” that was based on her 15-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon‘s own style, the shoe line is sure to remind us of Madge as it will include over-the-knee boots, incredibly sexy high heels and fashionable flats with its prices ranging from $89 to $349.

Poor Madge!

Tickets to Madonna’s 2012 world tour sold out within minutes, and it seems the pressure of putting on a good show is getting to the Material Girl, as she appears to be driving herself to the point of injury during rehearsals.

The singer sustained a few bumps and bruises while practicing for the tour, and she posted photos of them in an album on her Facebook page.

As seen above, Madonna sustained a fat, cut lip, which she got while rehearsing her new single, “Girl Gone Wild.”

She also suffered a few bruises on her leg…

…and a “heart shaped bruise” on her butt…

Don’t work yourself too hard, Madonna! It would be a crying shame if you ended up getting yourself so banged up that you couldn’t even perform at all…

Ew.

Recent Hollywood gossip has it that Madonna‘s very young boyfriend, Brahim Zaibat, has dropped on one knee and proposed to Madge, after being together for less than 3 years. How is she going to juggle being back on tour and, possibly, planning the wedding? Not to mention this guy will have to do a Brangelina if he wants to have children with her and deal with the other nasties of her post-menopausal stage all at once!

She hasn’t responded though (Thank God!), at least not yet. Sources close to the 53-year-old singer say that Madonna is taking some time to seriously think about the proposal.

A source adds:

“She doesn’t want to rush into anything. Madonna has a real fear of being on her own. It’s a major issue for her and she loves having a man in her life who is young and makes her feel young.”

With two marriages down the money drain, of course she needs to think this one over! But not too long, we hope. We can’t bear imagine the smug look staying on Brahim‘s face for the mere fact that she’s even considering it, but if she’s they’re desperate, then so be it. After all, no one’s getting any younger!

But is she really aiming at Guy?

Madonna seems to be taking aim at her second husband, Guy Ritchie—whom she divorced in 2008—in her new song, “I Don’t Give A…” which appears on her upcoming album “MDNA.”

The lyrics go:

“I tried to be a good girl

I tried to be your wife

Diminished myself

And I swallowed my light

I tried to become all

That you expect of me

And if it was a failure

I don’t give a [bleep]”

The song, which people believe to be aimed at Ritchie thanks to the word “wife” (although she was also wife to Sean Penn, but that was decades ago), was first heard at the invitational playback of Madonna’s new album—due to hit shelves on March 26—which was held Friday at The Agency Group in New York.

Madge’s rep, Liz Rosenberg, refused to confirm whom the song is intended for. She simply said:

“If those are the words you heard . . . I have not heard Madonna explain whether the lyrics are autobiographical or not. She doesn’t often explain lyrics to her songs, and she did have a few writing collaborators.”

She added:

“I can only confirm that the response from the music press who heard the album was really exciting. They seemed to love it.”

Madonna and Ritchie tied the knot in 2000 and were married for 8 years. The have two sons together, Rocco and David Banda, of whom they share custody.

She’s really back!

The 52-year-old (gulp!) Material Girl is finally coming back on the stage of numerous venues all around the world to promote her seventh and eighth studio albums “Ray of Light” (1998) and “Music” (2000) after taking an eight-year long world tour break. But not everyone can witness the diva’s much-awaited comeback as the tickets to her concerts have been wiped out in just one day. Madonna may be a lot older now but she has absolutely no qualms about showing the youngsters how it’s really done!

Madonna‘s sold out world tour concert locations include Dubai, Istanbul, Montreal, Ottawa, as well as in Houston, Dallas, Minnesota, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Better get those tickets before they run out, faster than the Ray of Light…

And how can Madonna not be pissed? She goes and pulls out all the stops and gives a dazzling halftime show (with over-the-top costumes and special effects), and M.I.A. still manages to upstage her… with a simple flick of her middle finger.

This morning, Madonna called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest“ and revealed her exact thoughts about M.I.A.’s bird-flipping stunt:

“I was really surprised. I didn’t know anything about it. I wasn’t happy about it.”

Madge continued:

“I understand it’s punk rock and everything, but to me there was such a feeling of love and good energy, and positivity, it seemed negative.”

She added:

“It’s such a teenager … irrelevant thing to do … there was such a feeling of love and unity there. What was the point? It was just out of place.”

Maybe we still can’t forget that dynamic 2004 Super Bowl performance where Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson imprinted that wardrobe malfunction into our retinas forever. But who can discount the time when The Rolling Stones dominated halftime in 2006, Bruce Springsteen in 2009, and last year with Usher and the Black Eyed Peas?

Okay, so Madge did turn on the spectacular special effects with a glaring display of lights, and garnished her performance with a cast of nearly a hundred dancers, stuntmen, and other extras. It didn’t detract from the fact that she moved as slow as molasses in January. Even her dancers seemed more upbeat. Madge moving kind of reminded us of her striking a pose  in her “Vogue” music video, which happened to be her first number, by the way.

She was carried in by a troupe of gold-leaf adorned gladiators while she perched on an Egyptian throne, nearly lost her balance on a platform with her dancers, and was neatly upstaged by M.I.A. who gave tens of millions of viewers the wrong upraised finger while performing with Madonna and Nicki Minaj in “Give Me All Your Luvin’.”

Has Madonna lost her touch? She can hardly be counted to be controversial anymore.

Even Cee Lo Green dressed more magnificently than Madge did with his black and glittering sequined pastor’s robe when he joined Madonna‘s gospel choir for “Like A Prayer.”

But the finale when Madge suddenly disappeared below in a puff of smoke, and in absentia sang the last few notes,

“…and it feels like home…”

really gave us goosebumps. Is this a portent of what’s to come?

Maybe the Material Girl hasn’t totally lost her touch completely, but whatever it is she has now, we’re guessing this year’s Super Bowl set the sunset stage for Madonna Louise Ciccone…

…whom she thinks is far better than Gaga.

Gaga may have an unwavering obsession for Madonna, but the latter does not seem to return the love. In fact, it seems every interview she’s ever had, she’s always dissing Gaga!

When asked about what she thought of Gaga in her recent interview with The Advocate, Madonna replied coolly:

“I have no thoughts.”

Then, when asked to comment about Lady Gaga’s influence on today’s gay youth, Madonna responded:

“It seems genuine… It seems natural, and I can see why she has a young gay following. I can see that they connect to her kind of not fitting into the conventional norm. I mean, she’s not Britney Spears. She’s not built like a brick sh-thouse.”

She added:

“[Gaga] seems to have had a challenging upbringing, and so I can see where she would also have that kind of connection, a symbiotic relationship with gay men.”

Sorry, Gaga… Madonna just can’t seem to bring herself to return the love you have for her!
