Biography: Maria Kanellis: ring name: Maria; born on February 25, 1982 Ottawa, Illinois; height: 5 feet 7 (170 cm); Zodiac Sign: Pisces. Kanellis is a professional wrestler; best known to be on World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) performing its SmackDown brand. She’s one of the WWE divas that has posed for men’s magazine Playboy.

Over the years, Maria had been asked to follow the footsteps of other WWE Divas to pose for Playboy but she initially refused. According to her, she did not wish to embarrass her sister, who was still in high school at the time. After refusing the offer to pose a few times, she eventually posed for the cover of the April 2008 issue, with an accompanying nude pictorial.

Kanellis, 25 from Illionois simply known as Maria had refused an earlier offer from Playboy magazine because she didn’t want to offend her sister who was still in high-school then. Candice Michelle,the current WWE Women’s Champion and the first former Diva Search contestant to win a WWE title. Michelle is also known as the sexy Go Daddy Girl, performing in the company’s annual Super Bowl commercials.

She graced the covers of Playboy magazine in April 2006, where she posed nude. Now another WWE Diva, Maria Kanellis has posed for the upcoming issue of Playboy magazine. So are all the WWE divas going nude? It sure seems that way and it doesn’t seem to hurt them at all.

Is that why Lindsay Lohan went backstage on Monday night to meet up with the wrestlers? After posing nude for New York magazine, you would have thought Lohan has gotten enough attention as for now. Do you see Lohan doing a Playboy spread anytime in the near future? I do!
