The French Oscar winner joined co-star Matthias Schoenaerts at the photocall of their upcoming film “De Rouille et D’os” (or “Rust and Bone” in English) in a beautiful peach Christian Dior dress.

Marion accessorized the dress with a shiny gold waist belt and a pair of muted lemon yellow Versus patent leather slingback pumps.

A half-up-half-down hairstyle, peachy bronze eye makeup, and pink lips finished the look.

Still, celebrity gossip websites were thrilled to report that the “La Vie in Rose” Oscar winner Marion, who’s son was born Thursday, joined the ranks of motherhood. As of press time, both maman and bébé have been doing fine.

Incidentally, the name Marcel, happens to be the married character Marion‘s Edith Piaf character falls in love with in “La Vie en Rose”, and also Marcelle, Edith Piaf’s dead child in the film (presumably named after her married lover).

Cotillard and Canet, who happens to be Diane Kruger‘s ex-husband, met in 2003 in the movie “Love Me If You Dare”, a film they both played the title roles in. They began dating in 2007, and the rest, as they say, is history.

It will be the first child for Inception’s Cotillard and her actor/director boyfriend, Canet as Us magazine reports. The couple first met on the set of a French film, Love Me if You Dare back in 2003 and started dating 3 years ago.

Marion won an Oscar for her role as Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose.
