Chris Brown’s lawyer is looking through police records to see who’s behind the leaked Rihanna photo. Mark Geragos, Brown’s lawyer, is still hoping to get Chris off the hook through some technicality. He filed two motions gaining access to all LAPD police records yesterday. If he finds any misconduct, Geragos plans to get the case dismissed. Oh, for crying out loud.

Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, would like the Chris Brown/Rihanna case dropped. Geragos claims the leaked photos of a battered, bruised Rihanna back in February could prove that there was “outrageous governmental misconduct.”

Chris Brown and his legal team have been in and out of court once a month since the February assault. According to usmagazine.com, next up is a court visit in May, then a preliminary hearing in June, and the court will then decide if there’s enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
