The “Under The Mistletoe” singer will be cast as a young basketball star opposite Mark Wahlberg, who totally approves the selection of Justin in the role, despite the Stratford, Ontario singer having had no previous experience acting in films, unless you count the documentary “Never Say Never”…

Wahlberg says he has an “intuition” that Justin is the perfect choice for the as-yet-untitled movie.

“I see the guy and spent time with him and you see what he does and how he does it, and then you actually have a conversation with him and it’s there,”

Wahlberg says of Justin. And he knows what he’s talking about. The former Marky Mark made a huge leap from rapper to A-list actor in the 90′s himself.

The upcoming film is a gritty drama in the tough world of street basketball, with Justin essaying the role of a young player taken in by an older mentor (Wahlberg). Paramount pictures is all set to start production on the movie this year.

Celebrity news says it’s a little known fact that the former hip-hop artist Marky Mark got a nod for the Satellite Award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for his 1997  role as a down-on-his-luck high-school dropout with a ginormous penis who channels his “talent” into success in the porn industry…

Well, Wahlberg‘s kept this fake penis as a reminder of his movie beginnings. Wouldn’t you?

Wahlberg and Allen have outed their mammarian abnormalities years ago, to the titillation of Hollywood celebrity websites. But its the first time anyone’s made mention of the fact that Zac Efron shares this trait, too… (see photo gallery below)

Taking a look at Zac‘s naked torso (and he does enjoy displaying his abs a lot, doesn’t he?), a dermatologist, Dr. Sandra Lee who probably has too much time on her hands and squinted considerably hard and declared that the “High School Musical” hunk had an extra nipple.

The good doctor put out a press release where she mentioned that third nipples, also known as accessory nipples, pseudomamma, polythelia and polymastia, are “often not entirely developed as a fully functioning nipple.”

“Sometimes it can be mistaken for a mole.”

Despite, Dr. Lee’s assertion, Efron’s rep denied that Efron had an extra mammary.

Let’s ask Zac‘s ex, Vanessa Hudgens what she thinks about all this, shall we?

Mark Wahlberg is a self-confessed Bieber fan, much like his daughter. In fact, back in August, the former rapper was quoted as saying:

“The world needs Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber is like the white Tupac. Compared to a lot of people.”

In a recent interview, Mark indeed confirmed that Justin Bieber would be joining him in a new movie:

“Well, we’re putting it together. Yeah. We’re doing it at Paramount. We pitched them the idea and, you know, we’re talking about doing it. He loves the idea. He’s been sending me video, he sent me a video of himself, and, yeah, I think he’s really talented.”

So what kind of movie is it going to be? Mark Wahlberg shares:

“More of a drama. It’s interesting, right? You want to know. They’ll probably announce it. They may announce it fairly soon … kind of like a reluctant mentor in an inner-city environment. You know, I don’t want to say.”

When asked if there was going to be any singing or dancing in their upcoming film, the actor replied:

“No, I will not and neither will he.”

Disappointed? We sure are. Wouldn’t it be awesome  to see Marky Mark and the Biebs singing and dancing together onscreen?

When Drew confronted Mark at an awards show, the exchange didn’t go so well. In fact, Mr. Wahlberg got visibly annoyed.

“Oh my God, I did tell him that. I ran into him at an awards show and I told him I was just talking about how hot you are in your underwear. Who would not be excited about that? He’s a very nice guy, and I have had other conversations with him that went much better than that.”Justin Long, who was also there, defended Marky, “It didn’t go over great … In [Wahlberg's] defense, it’s a strange thing to bring up. I don’t think he was prepared for it.”

Man, Mark Wahlberg needs to take a load off, seriously. That was some great work and certainly an image for the ages. Not to say Entourage hasn’t left its own unique imprint (…), but there really is only one pants-dropping Marky Mark in the history books.

Isn’t that sweet? Mark would do that for his daughter, only because she likes Justin so much.

Formerly known as rapper Marky Mark, Wahlberg put his music days behind him in the 1980s when he turned to acting.

But The Other Guys star, 39, has admitted that he might return to music if Bieber asked him because his daughter is a big fan of the teen star.

He told US newspaper the New York Post: ‘If Justin Bieber asks me, I’ll say yes.

“Only because my daughter loves him.’

Most likely, Mark is probably assuming that Justin will never hear of the story and therefore, never ask. So, are you hoping Justin asks?

Wahlberg spotted on the set of his new ‘ The Fighter’ in Los Angeles yesterday, Mark’s ripped six pack has completely disappeared!  Wahlberg was so buff  when he started filming ’The Fighter’ last year after training for 18 months for this role. So what is going on?

Truth is Wahlberg is filming scenes featuring his character’s brief retirement from boxing and for that Wahlberg had to let himself go a bit!

All right, surely he’ll tone up in no time!

Mark is a daddy of  three kids plus one more on its way. Mark and his long-term girlfriend, Rhea Durham married on August 1st this year. The couple have been together since 2001.

Mark is a Roman Catholic and so is his wife, Rhea. In fact one of his tattoos which is the rosary tattoed around his neck, with a crucifix and the words “In God I Trust” resting over his heart.
Yupp, in God I trust as well.

Christian has taken off weight and put it on for other roles. Losing and gaining weight quickly is hard on the body and Mark has taken notice. From the Aurora Sentinel:

Friends of actor Christian Bale – such as his current co-star Mark Wahlberg – are worried that Bale’s infamous penchant for losing and gaining tremendous amounts of weight in order to conform to his idea of what a character should look like, is downright dangerous.

Bale is on another losing streak, having dropped about 30 pounds to play a drug addict in “The Fighter.” He’s eating nothing but melons, some other fruits and water. He looks like death. You remember that Bale lost even more, becoming positively corpse-like for his role as the insomniac in “The Machinist.” Then he bulks up again – hours straining in the gym – for one of the Batman movies. Then down again.

It is rumored that Bale is only drinking water and eating fruit. Plus, he’s working out to burn extra calories to keep the weight off. Scary. How soon is this movie done filming so Christian can get a steak?

They had an intimate and romantic ceremony attended by their children and about 12 close friends and family at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Beverly Hills.

Mark and Rhea have been together since 2001. This is the first marriage for both of them . The duo having lived together for years and having three children first before tying the knot; I think these two have the odds on their side to making it everlasting! Yes, it’s a big deal these days especially in Tinseltown.

As for wedding photos, Mark says he won’t be selling any to the press!

Mark Wahlberg showed up in the skit with Sarah Palin, Lorne Michaels and Alec Baldwin.  He asked where Andy Samberg’s room was.  Ha!  Like he was going to go and beat the tar out of him.  On live TV.  Funny.  SNL finally did something right…too bad their other skits for the night were boring. 

Did you watch it?  Were you expecting Mark to show up?  Having a confrontation between the two would have been better than just showing a donkey’s…butt.

It also appears that Rhea, after shooting out three of his kids, may finally become a made woman, earning herself the title Mrs. Wahlberg. Finally! Mark only proposed recently and was quoted in US Weekly as saying:

“We continue to grow in our relationship, and we have a much better chance of succeeding and staying together now…I was not prepared to be married, no matter who it was when I was 20 or 30…Committing to making it work and all the other things that go into building a solid foundation is where I’m at now.” 

Oh, boy. You know all of Rhea’s girlfriends had been telling her to leave him for eons. Stocking the fridge with Ben and Jerry’s, quoting passages from He’s Just Not That Into You, setting her he up with eligible bachelors #1-300. Alas, nobody beats out Mark and his funky bunches.
