The mom of two, who was shown freaking out after witnessing a water birth while pregnant with baby Penelope in an episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, admits to Us Weekly:
Hollywood rumors just learned KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN bought her 21-month-old son, MASON DISICK a pet snake. Is this a normal thing for a mother to do? Oh, wait…Kourtney‘s a Kardashian. Do we really need to say anything more?
We were thinking maybe a kid’s first pet would be a puppy or a kitten. Perhaps even a hamster or a fish? But no, Kourtney decided her baby’s first animal was going to be a reptile, and a big one at that. So no sweet little garter snake ala Justin Bieber at the MTV VMA’s, Kourtney went and got little Mason a huge monster with it’s own tank from a New York pet shop…
Kim Kardashian became a Yankees while she filmed her show in New York. Kim and Kourtney were in the airport and Kim tried to hide behind sunglasses and a Yankees hat. Too bad you could spot her a mile away!
Kim and Kourtney played with Mason while they waited for airplanes. He grabbed her hat and took away her disguise! From Holy Moly!
Kourtney Kardashian shops with baby Mason before Fashion Week kicks off. Kourtney, along with sisters Kim and Khloe will be in New York all week as their new fashion line debuts. A little shopping before won’t hurt…right?

Nephew Mason has put Kim Kardashian off of motherhood. At least for now. During her radio interview with Ryan Seacrest, Kim declared Mason as being the best birth control ever…she loves him to death, but doesn’t want any of her own right now.
