What?! How did this happen? Has there been some sort of a hostage incident?

Hollywood gossip websites say Matt’s been a close friend of the couple, and he sympathizes with their inability to leave their home incognito, due to the fact that they are possessors of among the most recognizable faces in the world.

“They can’t just go someplace. If they go for a walk, it turns into an international incident.”

D-uh.

“I’m really lucky, because I have the best of both worlds. I do the work that I love and need, but don’t need paramilitary troops to protect me when I walk out my front door.”

Is Matt sour graping because he doesn’t have the same caliber of celebrity as Brangelina are? Or is he genuinely sympathetic?

Matt and Adrian were filming a public service announcement. From Gawker:

This YouTube video came via a tipster who writes, “Hi; I’m not sure how this works, but I got this footage from the set of Entourage the other day. Matt Damon was directing a PSA starring Adrian Grenier and he flips out on Adrian in front of everyone! [It] even shows Jeremy Piven as he tries to keep the peace – but Matt totally loses his cool and goes off.”

Now, it looks like the chewing out was sincere, but others say it is hype to get the charity recognized. Watch the video:

Damon goes “The hockey mom, you know, ‘Oh, I’m just a hockey mom’… and she’s facing down Vladimir Putin… It’s totally absurd… It’s a really terrifying possibility.”

He’s totally right. Just the thought of having the possibility of a hockey mom being your President someday, that’s frekking scary!

…girl!  She was named Gia Zavala.  Her birth statistics were not released, but she is healthy and mom and family are very happy, according to People Magazine.  Matt and Luciana already have a two year old daughter and Luciana had a ten year old daughter from a previous relationship.  That’s a lot of estrogen in one household!! 

Matt joked about the estrogen earlier this summer in an interview.  So, will they try for a boy or two also?  Congratulations!!

Lohan is currently free on $25,000 bail and is seeking “medical care”, according to her lawyer. Damon says, “I think there a lot of people who want to help her out, and it’s a very personal thing. Most people know someone in their lives that’s struggling with a disease like that, and the reality is you can only support them and it’s got to come from them – it’s her choice ultimately. “I mean, look, she’s very young, she’s very talented; it’s easy to look from the outside and say, ‘Oh, you have this big opportunity.’ “It’s really hard to know that when you’re in the middle of it, and to see life from any other perspective other than your own – particularly when you’re that young. She’s obviously hit a chord with people, because people are so fascinated with her, so everybody’s pulling for her, that’s for sure.”

I believe she will bounce back too.

Ben and Matt have been friends forever. They were best of friends growing up. Damon and Affleck collaborated on the screenplay for the movie “Good Will Hunting” (1997), in which both co-star. The two buddies won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and the Golden Globe Award for Best Screenplay for their work.

And of course on a special occasion like today with Damon‘s new film coming out, you bet Affleck and Jen are there to cheer for him.

Did you know Matt met his wife Luciana Barroso in Florida while he was filming “Stuck on You” back in 2003. Luciana was working as a bartender. It was love at the first sight and according to Hollywood gossip news, he felt head over heels! It must be the Latina charm. Luciana was born in Argentina.
