It’s shocking because Michael had 179 procedures done in just those three months! 51 are said to be Demerol shots. From TMZ:
Michael Jackson’s insurance might be worthless. The policy AEG took out for Michael’s summer tour was huge, but also had a very important clause added in. And the autopsy results are very important to AEG, as well as Michael’s family.

There isn’t a processional for Michael like there was for Princess Diana or Elvis. Not because some of Michael’s family didn’t want it, but because it would literally gridlock the city of LA. From TMZ:

But luckily the women have level heads in Michael’s family. Janet and La Toya, as well as his mom want a religious, closed casket affair. The women seemed to have won. From the Daily Mail:

Michael had a string of concerts scheduled in London and now other stars might be performing on that date, in other cities, instead. There are some big name acts working out details to be ready to hit the stage…can you guess who?

Michael Jackson’s doctor is already ending the bill for his services. Talk about tacky!! Michael’s doctor is Conrad Murray, who was present at the time of Michael’s death. And it all smells shady if you are a friend or family member of Michael.
