The 51-year-old Lothario, who’s currently in legal trouble for a domestic violence case filed against him by ex-girlfriend Kate Major, was attending court-sanctioned AA meetings when he suddenly collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital – the third time for Lohan in the last quarter of 2011, having injured his foot after jumping from a hotel balcony to evade the police in October, and having had surgery to unclog a blocked artery in his heart this month…

Michael was arrested earlier this week for domestic violence charges after he physically and verbally attacked his ex-girlfriend Kate Major. Twelve hours after he was released, celebrity gossip websites found out that he was back in the slammer.
MICHAEL LOHAN was arrested last night for attacking ex-girlfriend KATE MAJOR over sex. According to current news, Michael got mad and threatened to kill her because she refused to give him what he wanted in the sack.
According to the police report, Michael came over to Kate’s house and, after a heated argument over sex, got violent and began shoving her around and squeezing her arms. He even started threatening her. TMZ reports:
During a recent interview with celebrity news, MICHAEL LOHAN called his daughter LINDSAY a drug addict and revealed that he wants her to get hauled off into rehab… for a year.
Michael spoke exclusively with RadarOnline.com and said:
“She’s an addict, she doesn’t care and she’s in denial.”
In a separate interview during a recent TV appearance, Michael talked about Lindsay‘s decaying teeth and said:
“She’s smoking either crack or meth, either one or the other. I’m not going to shade it.”
MICHAEL LOHAN decided to drop by and visit daughter LINDSAY‘S Venice, California home this weekend and was greeted with a big fat NO ANSWER. See, it isn’t that LiLo wasn’t home – she just didn’t want to see her father, let alone talk to him or invite him in her home.
Sources say she actually went so far as to hide in a closet when Michael intrusively banged on the front door. Wonder if he had his Celebrity Rehab cameras in tow?
