Olympic champ Michael Phelps has a new girlfriend, Caroline “Caz” Pal. Phelps has been dating Caz, a Las Vegas cocktail waitress for about 2 months now. They met after his record-setting performance in Beijing last summer. Caroline spent Thanksgiving in Baltimore with him and his family.

“She’s there [in Maryland] meeting his family for the first time,” a source close to Pal tells People magazine.
