Michelle Rodriguez is going to jail, she’s sentenced to 180 days for violating her probation. Rodriguez was on probation for DUI and a hit-and-run. She didn’t complete her community service and drank booze three times while wearing the booze monitoring bracelet.

Rodriguez has to check in the clink by Christmas eve, December 24th. The judge also ruled that Rodriguez is not to be granted an early release, despite L.A.’s jail overcrowding.

Michelle Rodriguez, the Lost star celebrated her 29th birthday at Manson nightclub in Miami last weeked. Rodriguez looks pretty wasted to me. Hope she remembers not to drvie this time. Rodriguez has been arrested more than once for driving under the influence before. Hopefully she remembers to leave her car behind while boozing this time.
