Michelle Rodriguez is going to jail, she’s sentenced to 180 days for violating her probation. Rodriguez was on probation for DUI and a hit-and-run. She didn’t complete her community service and drank booze three times while wearing the booze monitoring bracelet.

Rodriguez has to check in the clink by Christmas eve, December 24th. The judge also ruled that Rodriguez is not to be granted an early release, despite L.A.’s jail overcrowding.
