Mickey Rourke has had many plastic surgeries and who could have thought Rourke was once celebrated as a Hollywood sex symbol? Mickey, the 56-year old comeback star of “The Wrestler” said of his chequered past “I have nothing but regrets”. Regrets? Mickey Rourke takes home Best Actor Award at the Golden Globes 2009 last night for his role in The Wrestler. Definitely a big comeback for Rourke.  Mickey gave a pretty down-to-earth and thankful acceptance speech – highlighted by frequent use of the word “balls” as a compliment yet very thankful.
