Nineteen-year-old Miley must be either proud of her new womanly body or eager to leave her child star image behind because she opted for an incredibly short white tuxedo jacket from Jean Paul Gaultier that featured a plunging neckline for the Billboard Music Awards this past weekend.

Good thing she didn’t suffer a nip slip or yet another crotch shot because of her revealing outfit, which she paired with nothing but black-and-white striped Christian Louboutins and Jacquie Aich jewelry.

A teased mid-parted bob with curled ends, thick brows, smoky eyes, false lashes and glossy pale pink lips finished off Miley‘s mature look.

So Miley Cyrus has welcomed another adorable canine friend to her ever-growing family. How many dogs she has now, we honestly don’t know.

After finding this little guy inside a cardboard box at a Walmart parking lot, the singer immediately took the poor puppy and brought him home.

Miley then took to Twitter to tell her followers all about her new canine companion:

“…he was left in a box Infront of Walmart. I don’t understand how people can be so cruel. That’s why we named him Happy… he’s a little boy were not 100% the breed were think Rottweiler Beagle mix :)”

Thanks to the big-hearted “LOL” star, little Happy went from abandoned stray to pampered pooch…

We notice a trend here too as Miley, Britney and another young pop singer rumored to be in final negotiations to join the judge line up, Demi Lovato, are all products of Disney. Hmm.

A partygoer revealed to In Touch Weekly:

“Miley was dancing on tables all night, and they argued. He was furious.”

Miley Cyrus, who recently slammed rumors on Twitter that she had an eating disorder, was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after sustaining an injury in the kitchen… which in our book solidifies her rebuttal over the whole anorexic debate, because you have to admit, it’s kind of hard to imagine someone with an eating disorder getting a laceration-type injury while doing something that involves food.

Miley’s rep tells Us Weekly:

“She cut her finger while cooking. Had to get a few stitches.”

While it is unclear how she cut her finger, Miley hinted on Twitter that the injury involved a blender. After her visit to the hospital’s emergency room, Miley tweeted:

“I’m all stitched up & have on a splint so I’m good… Curse u blender!”

How does one get injured from using a blender? Because the only way we can think of is by sticking your hand inside and pressing the button.

And we highly doubt that Miley did that.

Miley, who plays social media queen Lola, navigates her way through high school, relationships, and being a teenager in the raunchy teen movie “LOL,” which also stars Demi Moore, Ashley Greene, George Finn, and Douglas Booth.

And while we do get where Liam‘s coming from, we don’t think the paps are entirely to blame. After all, Miley‘s the one who skipped the underwear and wore a super-sexy, skintight mini dress that looked more suitable for a sexy bedroom romp than something you wear after a workout.

Anyway, we all know that Miley’s no stranger to controversy, so people weren’t too shocked when photos of her flashing (not intentionally, of course) her fully shaved lady parts at the paparazzi began circulating the Internet… because really, it’s not like they were the first pics in the history of the entire world that showed the 19-year-old pop star’s privates—there are actually a lot of those. But despite Miley’s not-so-stellar track record when it comes to modesty, her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth isn’t blaming her… he’s only furious with the paparazzi.

A source tells HollywoodLife.com:

“He is legitimately baffled at the [paparazzi] and is disgusted they will go to those lengths to get a shot like that.”

Miley, on the other hand, does not totally share her boyfriend’s outrage. In fact, she reportedly just wants to completely ignore the incident to make it go away.

The insider explains:

“She is very embarrassed … that the paps got the shot, and even went that far for it. [But Miley] is telling [Liam] that as long as they don’t really mention [the scandal]… it will go away… There is nothing they can do about it now.”

True. But we still think Miley could have avoided the whole mess by doing the simple thing of wearing underwear… especially if she was planning to wear a short skirt.

Just a few months ago, Miley was waging war against people who were calling her “fat” on Twitter after a few photos of her sporting a rounder face with fuller cheeks surfaced on the Internet.

This time, she’s waging war on people who are calling her an anorexic.

Miley, who has been looking much thinner lately, was forced to set the record straight about her eating habits after she tweeted a pic of herself with her face in a Carl’s Jr. bag, which she captioned:

“I can’t eat it. So I’m just gonna smell the shittttt out of it! My mouth is LITERALLY watering.”

As to be expected, some people immediately came to the conclusion that Miley couldn’t eat the meal because she was purposely depriving herself after having developed an eating disorder… so the “LOL” star tweeted:

“For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health.”

Cyrus continued:

“everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical (sic) and mental health is amazing! U won’t go back!”

To emphasize that she’s just eating healthier, not less, Miley then tweeted that she ate a lot during the Easter holidays and that all of the food was completely healthy.

Miley added:

“Health is happiness!”

Miley Cyrus may have just had it with the industry, as she seems to want to call it quits and leave Hollywood for good. Sure, the 19-year-old child star may have raked in millions by playing Disney’s “Hannah Montana,” releasing numerous albums and filling up her concerts, but isn’t it a little too early for her to not want to stay where all the action is?

Maybe making all that money and strolling alongside her drool-worthy boyfriend Liam Hemsworth is not fun anymore, because she’s apparently pissed by the paparazzi…

“Highly considering moving back to Nashville. I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today”

Apparently Miley‘s been followed everywhere and the spotlight is finally getting to her. You’d think that she’s gotten used to it by now… But we can’t blame her for getting tired of having a hard time to keep parts of her life private.

On the other hand, we love her cute dog Floyd, she shouldn’t be selfish with it!

Predictably, rumors that the young couple had gotten engaged started flying.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Miley and Liam fans… but they’re not.

Cyrus took to Twitter today and wrote:

“I’m not engaged. I’ve worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to [talk] about! It’s a topaz people!”

So despite the fact that it looked like an engagement ring, and the fact that she was wearing it on her engagement ring finger, Miley‘s “engagement ring” is nothing more than a simple accessory.

So there you go, guys. Miley’s not engaged to Liam… yet.

Miley joined boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on the red carpet and nearly outshined Jennifer Lawrence’s beautiful gold gown in a gorgeous and delightfully youthful two-piece Emilio Pucci number, which reminds us a lot of Gwyneth Paltrow’s midriff-baring gown at the Emmy Awards last year. But while Gwynnie got a lot of negative comments about her two-piece look—some even called it “tacky”—Miley is receiving praise for hers… probably thanks to the fact that the style is very age appropriate for her, and because she wore it to a movie premiere, not a major awards show, like Gwyneth.

Comparisons aside, Miley looked smashing in the cropped bustier top and the matching high-waist skirt, which she paired with Christian Loubotin heels, and silver and black Loree Rodkin jewelry.

Following the preview of Justin Bieber’s epic prank on Taylor Swift, “Punk’d” has released a new preview of another upcoming episode, which features Miley playing a prank on her gorgeous boyfriend, Liam. And it involves finding a naked couple hanging out (or something else) in her car.

In the video, Miley and Liam are seen walking out to their car after a night out, when the former Disney star exclaims:

“Oh my god babe, there’s two naked people in my car right now!”

Liam then starts banging on the window of the car, yelling:

“Get out of the f**king car right now!”

And pandemonium ensues.
