Currently, the police are investigating how the tape of the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Eric Dane, his wife Gayheart and Peniche frolicking naked in a Jacuzzi made its way onto the Internet.

Kari Ann Peniche, 25, was stripped off her title as Miss Teen USA after appearing nude in the November 2004 issue of Playboy magazine.

“I did not want to be dragged into all this. I did not want to be a part of this,” McCready, the singer told Access Hollywood, WENN reports via PopeaterPeniche accused Mindy, her former ‘Celebrity Rehab’ roommate of stealing the homemade movie.

A leaked nude threesome tape showing ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and dethroned former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche hit the Internet recently. Police are investigating how the tape made its way onto the Internet.

Who leaked the tape? No one knows as of now but in my opinion if you don’t want people to know something, don’t do it.  What do you think?

Peniche is saying she and McCready got into an argument about money, and the singer swiped her hard drive. Uh oh.While the ousted beauty queen filed a stolen property report with the LAPD, McCready is claiming Peniche is a mess and the one who was stealing money from her. She told The New York Daily News:

“Kari Ann was the one that stole my hard drive and copied it to two mini-drives. She also stole money from me. I think she probably wanted to sell my music. I was the one trying to keep Kari Ann out of trouble — steering her away from drugs during the taping of the show. I was the one trying to help Rebecca and Eric get their material back. There was a bunch of high profile people on those mini-drives.”

Ugh. We don’t know who to believe. But let’s hope Eric Dane is off the bad stuff for good now.

Mindy McCready had a slew of #1 hits back in the late 90s and early 00s.  She was also engaged to Dean Cain – Superman – and had a great life going.  She partied to celebrate her life.  And partied.  And partied until Dean left her.  She then got in to drugs, trouble, and a jail stint.  Oh, and don’t forget the Roger Clemens affair when she was 15. 

Anyway, over the weekend she was feeling depressed again and mixed a bottle of vodka with some pills.  Not a good idea.  Dr. Phil was somehow alerted and took her under his wing.  She is off to Arizona in a treatment facility to kick her habits. 

Will Dr. Phil try and use her as a guinea pig since the Britney Spears attempt didn’t work?

The newspaper also linked the star pitcher to former Manhattan bartender Angela Moyer and Paulette Dean Daly, a former wife of champion golfer John Daly.

“Even though these articles contain many false accusations and mistakes, I need to say that I have made mistakes in my personal life for which I am sorry,” Clemens said in a statement issued by spokesman Patrick Dorton. “I have apologized to my family and apologize to my fans. Like everyone, I have flaws. I have sometimes made choices which have not been right.”- AP
