Mischa Barton loosened her morals then loosened her shirt at Sundance yesterday, where her new film,  Assassination of a High School President debuted. Mischa Barton was arrested on Thursday morning & released from jail around 10 am. TMZ has confirmed that Mischa Barton was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance and driving without a valid license.
