Seriously, it’s pretty disgusting.

Mischa definitely bit off more than she could chew (literally) when she agreed to do a photo shoot with Tyler Shields, the same photographer who recently came under fire for the controversial photos he did with “Glee” star Heather Morris, which people claimed depicted the glamorization of domestic abuse against women.

In this new photo shoot, Mischa is seen posing with a hunk of very raw meat—both in her mouth and on her face. When asked where he got the inspiration for these “meaty” photos, Tyler explained that he thought of it while he and the former “O.C.” star were having lunch together at a burger joint. He said:

“I’m watching her eat this hamburger, and all I could think about was just meat all over her face.”

Apparently, Mischa had no idea about Tyler’s plans when he asked her to do a shoot. He simply sprung it on her when she arrived, and she agreed! He recounts:

“I was like, ‘By the way, I bought $65 of meat and I want you to eat it raw and put it on your face. And she was like, ‘OK!’”

However, despite the fact that she agreed to do it, Mischa was at first a bit uneasy about the idea of biting raw meat… but, after a while, she got into it. Tyler shares:

“Like two minutes later, she’s literally tearing this s–t apart. Just f—king tearing into it.”

Mischa’s raw meat photos are currently on display at London’s Imitate Modern gallery.

Doctor’s Choice Nursing claims that the troubled actress incurred a bill of $89,930.57, which she never paid. They sued for the unpaid fees—plus about two years’ worth of interest—which amounted to over $95,000.

Mischa, who is no stranger to legal troubles, did not show up on the appointed court date, causing the judge to sign a default judgment in favor of Doctor’s Choice Nursing.

Mischa’s rep tells TMZ, “This is the first we’ve heard of it.”

Mischa could use a bit of work, but what would her show be about? Fashion? Jumpstarting her career? Her weight issues? Her new boyfriend?

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that former OC wacktress Mischa Barton has a reality show in the works at the Oxygen network!

The series, which would reportedly just document her fascinating life doing nothing, has not been officially picked up. At this stage, “Oxygen ordered a pilot and we will see where it goes from there.”

Well, I guess it’s a start. I haven’t heard anything about an air date, so we’ll have to wait and see if Mischa gets what Mischa wants. Would you watch a reality show with her in it?

I wish someone would help this poor girl…she’s another young Hollywood starlet that had her looks slide away fast!

Forget OC, it was more a case of ‘Oh dear’ as Mischa Bartontook a stroll to an art gallery in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old actress looked as though she had just stumbled out of bed with her blonde hair extensions a complete mess. The star, who was visiting the Hammer Museum ( or should that be the Hammered Musuem?), has had a run of bad luck recently.

Mischa used to be a beautiful girl, before fame and partying caught up to her. Who is next to lose their beauty to Hollywood?

After the the Nylon magazine party in Los Angeles where he ran into Barton, Davis so delicately tweeted:

“Omg. Just realized my ex turned in to 1 of the fattest people in the planet. I’m gonna start dating plus sized models. Not! Mischa the Hefer.”

Barton was reportedly very upset to see Davis, which led her and pal Lindsay Lohan to chain smoke and binge drink all night.

A “spy” (who hopefully didn’t get any puke chunks on their shoes) told Page Six:

“A spy reports that the “O.C.” actress, who alternates between being on and off the wagon, rolled into Bar Marmont on Saturday alone and looking “totally out of it.” Says our witness, “A few minutes after she comes in, she runs outside and vomits everywhere. And then she went back inside and hung out for the rest of the night.”

That’s just gross. And truly sad some of these (not even) stars can’t enjoy a moment of alcohol-induced yakking without reading about the next day (yours truly). Do you think Mischa needs rehab?

Was Mischa trying to get rid of some hair evidence? She cut it off and dyed it blonde, stripping the hair. If hair strands are stripped and a drug test is performed, you can skewer the results. Brilliant! Or completely stupid for doing the drugs in the first place, in a public street with the top down on your convertible.

Do you think Mischa was trying to cover up her pot smoking, because it’s probably frowned upon since she left rehab. Just a thought!

Mischa spent most of the day sucking on a lollipop. As for the ex- O.C. starlet’s current acting career, she’s got a few films lined up for 2010, not sure how big they are though, we wish Mischa the best of luck for the brand new year. Last year most if not all of her movies went straight to DVD.

Reportedly, Mischa has not been making any friends on set, and her slipshod acting prowess prolonged the day of shooting for the cast, because Mischa kept messing up her lines. “She only had seven lines, seven!”a source told Radar Online about Mischa.
“Each time she would mess up she would forget her lines and Mariska kept prompting her and saying ‘it’s your line Mischa’.”

According to Radar Online’s source, Mariska Hargitay and the cast and crew lost their patience with Mischa’s “unprofessionalism.”

 That’s not a way to get a full time job! Mischa’s been out of TV since 2006 when the OC went off the air. Maybe she’s just out of practice?

Our South-East Asian spies (of course!) report that producers from Endemol were discussing the proposal with LiLo in Singapore this week.

Bosses are hoping to snag some top stars for January’s show, which will be the last of the franchise ever on Channel 4.

Off-the-wall LiLo – famous for her diva-like demands – would certainly be telly gold.

Wow. Do you think Lindsay could manage reality TV? I think it would be gold, because you never know when she might snap!

The Beautiful Life has aired twice but doesn’t have enough ratings to even air the rest of the five shows made. That stinks! Did Mischa get paid for them? From the Live Feed:

After two episodes, The CW has canceled Ashton Kutcher’s scripted drama “The Beautiful Life.”

Production on the the show, which had been filming its seventh episode, was shut down Friday.

Wednesday’s episode was seen by just 1 million viewers and generated a 0.5 rating in the adult demo.

Hopefully this news won’t put Mischa in to a tailspin. She had been doing better until this week, when she appeared in public looking…messy on set. Was it part of the show? She looks great on the red carpet.

Mischa showed up on the red carpet for Michael Moore’s movie, not the Opera like she thought! From the NY Post:

“Mischa Barton showed up and was asking for tickets. She started walking the red carpet and saw it was sponsored by Es quire Soho, the men’s magazine’s Soho Mews penthouse. Then, our witness says, “She took one look around and realized she was in the wrong place.” Barton finally ran across the street to attend the Met Op era’s opening of “Tosca.”

Ohhhhh, can you say awkward? Mischa has been taping her TV show, but unless she’s heavy in the makeup, she looks tired and drawn. Is she still partying nights away? Mischa – get better!

While her rep and everyone close to her say she’s recovered and back in the saddle, Page Six had a rather disturbing insider tid bit:

A source on the set of her CW show, “The Beautiful Life,” says Barton shows up to work so bleary some days that it holds up filming. One day, says a source, “she was getting snippy with the director and kept demanding that someone make instant coffee for her. Often, she’ll stare at the coffee for minutes at a time and say, ‘Who will fix my coffee? I need someone to fix my coffee.’ “

Yikes. Sounds like either need to up those meds or take her off them completely.

Well, Mischa blamed that little blip on garden variety stress, and a wisdom tooth surgery gone wrong. She told Time Out NY (via OK magazine):

“So with the travel, and surgery and prep for the show — it was hell. I went through a tough spot where everything compounded on me, and it was like a perfect storm, like everything was happening to me at once. The show, travel and then this fairly routine surgery that went wrong — it’s still just healing.”

However, Mischa is quick to point out that it was not (we repeate, readers) not a mental breakdown:

“I had a friend who had a quasi–nervous breakdown, but I’m not sure it’s the same thing. I’m not sure I’m capable of a full-on nervous breakdown, but it was pretty bad.”

In any case, Mischa seems to have recovered from her recent glitch or illness or whatever which caused her to stay in the hospital for treatment. Barton has returned back to work on the CW show “The Beautiful Life” about three weeks ago already. Now she’s seen out and about walking her dog. We’re happy to see Barton doing well.

However it appears the mystery illness has cleared up. Mischa is slated to play an aspiring model attempting to make it in fast paced world of New York City fashion modeling.

According to People.com, Ashton Kutcher is the creator and producer of the new show. He told crowds at a technology conference in Pasadena, Calif:  “I can tell you right now Mischa Barton is doing great.”

It’s not confirmed, but the idea is Mischa was suicidal last week when medical staff escorted her to the hospital. Whether she actually tried or only talked about it remains to be seen. Mischa is still there recovering, according to People Magazine:

Specific details about the 23-year-old actress’s condition were not available but Barton’s rep says she is “still seeking treatment” and plans to return to work on the CW show The Beautiful Life, which is scheduled to begin production July 31.

Hopefully Mischa’s show can wait, because that would be a big boost to her morale at this point. Kicking her off the show while she is down would be so not fair! Get well soon!
