Vanessa Hudgens will join the rest of the High School Musical cast in the new High School Musical 3 production despite all the rumors of her being taken out because of her racy & naughty photos that circulated on the internet.

Everyone’s back. All six stars of “High School Musical” will be onboard for the first big-screen adventure for the Disney Channel juggernaut. That means Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman will suit up for “High School Musical 3: Senior Year,” slated for release on October 24,2008.

 
 

Zac Efron, the High School Musical heartthrob underwent emergency surgery Tuesday to remove his appendix.The 20-year-old actor had the operation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, his publicist Gina Hoffman said.

Efron became a teen heartthrob with his starring role as Troy Bolton in the hit Disney Channel TV movie “High School Musical” and its sequel. He also starred in the film “Hairspray.”

 
 

High School Musical 2 European Premiere at the O2 Arena, London on September 2, Sunday.  Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Monique Coleman, Olesya Rulin, Ashley Tisdale, and Lucas Grabeel were all there. Corbin Bleu couldn’t make it, he’s buzy promoting his album back in the US.

 
 

Zac Efron is in London with the other High School Musical cast promoting High School Musical 2. Efron & the cast including Vanessa Hudgens were at HMV on Oxford Street signing High School Musical 2 soundtrack cds for fans yesterday.

Disney’s “High School Musical 2” has graduated to a full-fledged record breaker.

Friday night’s debut of “HSM 2” on The Disney Channel drew an astounding 17.2 million viewers, making the program the most-watched basic cable telecast in history.
