Liam Neeson finally speaks out about Natasha Richardson’s death…two years after the fact. He hasn’t said anything publicly about the devastating ski injury Natasha got back in 2009, until he sat down to speak with Esquire.
Liam was still not really wanting to talk about his wife’s death. But he did and then he even went in-depth about almost not making it in to see her.
Lindsay Lohan worked with Natasha Richardson on The Parent Trap and shared her thoughts about the passing of the actress. Lindsay worked with Natasha back in 1998 when she was only 12 but remembers the actress fondly. Natasha played Lindsay‘s mother, Dennis Quaid played Lindsay‘s father. This is back when Lilo was just a freckled, red-haired whipper snapper from Long Island.

Actress Natasha Jane Richardson passed away on March 18, 2009 due to brain injury following a skiing accident at the Mont Tremblant ski resort in Quebec, Canada. Natasha was born May 11th, 1963. She was the daughter of legendary actress Vanessa Redgrave and the late director and producer Tony Richardson.

Natasha made her film debut at the age of 4 in The Charge of the Light Brigade which was a film directed by her own father.
RIP: Natasha Richardson Has Died
Natasha Richardson has died, according to a family spokesperson. No other details are available at this time. The Associated Press has announced that a spokesperson for the family has confirmed the sad news.
This afternoon, New York Post gossip columnist Liz Smith reported that Natasha had been taken off life support at 1:30 pm. No confirmation of that is to be found.
The latest Hollywood news report coming out from TMZ says that Natasha Richardson is in fact brain dead and it’s just a matter of time. Our hearts and prayers go out to Natasha. For those well wishers, keep her in your prayers.
Natasha and her husband, Liam Neeson have two boys together 12 and 13.
Natasha Richardson’s family is supposed to make a statement today. Rumors swirled about her accident and the extent of her injuries on the internet, all of which sound very grave. The record will be set straight soon.

One website had said Natasha was dead. It shortly issued a retraction, stating she was brain dead and not expected to live. TMZ said later that she was not brain dead, but sedated and being flown from Montreal to New York City.
