Nick doesn’t have a good reputation with cars! Keep him off the roads. From the Boston Herald:

Nick Hogan was involved in a minor car accident Saturday night in Los Angeles. There were no injuries, and although police came to the scene, no report was taken. Ironically, he was coming back from a charity event to raise money for an organization called Keep It on the Track that teaches people to drive safely.

That’s a bit embarrassing! I wonder what the head people for Keep It On the Track think…maybe there wasn’t any instruction involved that night. It would be awful publicity for them as well. Nick, hire a driver!

Nick was spotted behind the wheel with a passenger over the weekend!  Is that guy crazy??  From TMZ:

Nick is officially back behind the wheel — driving a brave passenger around in a black Range Rover near Agoura Hills, California on Monday night. It’s been around 18 months since Nick’s ’07 car wreck that left his last passenger and friend, John Graziano, in a vegetative state — and Nick behind bars and without a license.

The DMV granted him a driving permit last month for business-related excursions.

And since it is dark, you know it was a business trip Nick was driving to.  Not some party.  No sireee, officer.  I wasn’t driving my friend to/from a club/restaurant/party and violating terms of the probation.  How soon before Nick is in trouble again?  I say months and he is busted for something stupid…

Do you think prison time will have changed Nick’s attitude about life?  Will he realize what an idiot he was and change his ways?  Maybe he’ll see the light and realize his family is one messed up bunch of crackheads.  And mom can dump her boyfriend that is his same age, since he is back for her. 

The big question: Will he be caught leaving like Paris did, and cry and run to mama?

UPDATE:  Brooke picked him up at 12:01 where they went back to mam’s house and partied!  Partied…let’s see if we can get sauced up and do it all again, huh?  Idiots.

Nick was a model inmate and performed whatever menial tasks he was given, thus earning him points.  he can cash in those points towards an early release…which he did.  Nick will be free to run to mama and Brooke on October 2nd. 

Will mama (Linda Hogan) decide to give up her boy toy boyfriend then?  Can Nick replace the 19 year old squeeze she has now?  Stay tuned….my bet is Nick will be grossed out more than Brooke was!!

Linda is dating someone who is the SAME age as her son.  Brooke – the daughter who is only two years older – was interviewed and said she is disgusted by it.  She has cut off her mother from most communication until she gets it together. 

Linda also filed an order with the court that she is fearful of her safety with her husband.  Whatever.  Hulk happens to spend most of his time in LA filming American Gladiators…real threat to her in Florida. 

Meanwhile, Nick is wasting away in jail and hopefully learning his lesson.

John Graziano was the victim and former friend of Nick Hogan who was riding with him in a drag race. Graziano has had serious head trauma and remains in a Florida hospital in a vegetative state and Nick Hogan is behind bars. Did Hulk also believe it was God’s will for him to have a crazy assed-son do stupid, illegal things? Is Nick learning to be a better person in jail too?

A judge also handed down five years probation, 500 hours of community service and a three-year drivers license revocation. Nick will not be able to drink for the duration of his probation, and will attend DUI education classes within one year.

His family was there: daddy, Hulk Hogan, who prayed during the proceedings and grew teary-eyed, sister Brooke Hogan, and Hulk’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Linda.

Nick was arrested last November on reckless-driving charges stemming from an August 26 crash. An eyewitness told police that Bollea and a pal were drag racing upwards of 100 mph when Nick’s yellow Toyota Supra slammed into a palm tree. Two hours after the crash, alcohol was detected in his bloodstream.

John Graziano, who was in Bollea’s passenger seat and not wearing a seat belt, was seriously injured. A report filed in court in September said he likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home.

I know it’s tough to look at his passenger and says he’s going to stay in a nursing home forever but for Nick, he’s still a kid. If he had to reverse time, I am sure he would do anything to do that.

Hogan’s passenger, John Graziano, 22,  a Marine who had just completed a tour of duty in Iraq, remains hospitalized, reportedly in a coma. Graziano, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt at the time, may have also suffered brain damage caused by swelling of his brain.

Hogan himself sustained minor injuries from the smashup, including a broken arm and ribs along with neck and knee injuries. He was treated and released from the hospital the morning after the accident.

The crash took place when Hogan’s yellow Toyota Supra sports car careened off a four-lane highway in downtown Clearwater, crashing into a 25-foot-tall palm tree. Investigators determined that Hogan was driving above 60 mph in the 40-mph zone, and also said that wet roads may have contributed to the magnitude of the crash. The Hogan family acknowledges that the recent rainfall made for particularly dangerous driving conditions, but denies that the accident was triggered by excessive speeds, despite police evidence to the contrary.

It’s a tragic.

Hogan is scheduled to appear in court on September 10 to answer the speeding charge. According to police, Hogan lost control of his Toyota Supra and crashed. While Hogan was treated at a hospital for his injuries and released yesterday, his passenger, John Graziano, 22 remains hospitalized in critical condition.

Reckless drivers should be seriously punished. Hogan is still under age so I wonder whether he will stand trial as a minor. If so, he’ll probably get away with it lightly. Reckless!

The impact destroyed the whole car. Nick and another male occupant had to be cut out of the car by paramedics and firefighters and were flown by Medivac from the accident scene to a hospital in St. Petersburg.

A hospital source said that the injuries are considered life threatening.
