Petra, 22, and Tamara, 27, are models, fashion designers and socialites. They are daughters of British Formula 1 billionaire CEO Bernie Ecclestone and Croatian model Slavia Radic. Tamara is also a television personality and well-known philantrophist who’s posed for PETA.

No, they don’t have a reality show. No, their lives don’t revolve around senseless shopping and partying. And yes, Petra paid for her own wedding herself. No exchange deals with television networks or advertisers involved.

“My full-time job isn’t just blowing my parents’ money,”

Petra was quoted by celebrity news in an interview.

“I’m not on the social scene, particularly. I’m a homebody.”

In fact, she’s recently signed a contract with Croatian clothing manufacturer Siscia to design clothing.

It looks like the Ecclestone sisters seem to be on the up and up to replacing the Hilton sisters (or even *gasp* the Kardashian Klan?)  in a more relevant way superficial Hollywood has never seen.

Let’s see how this goes, shall we?

Nicky looked like a breath of fresh air in a teal tie-dye sleeveless dress, which she wore yesterday for a lunch date in L.A. The hotel heiress accessorized the outfit with a pale gold bag, jeweled t-strap sandals, and reflective aviator shades.

Nicky’s dress is made of a soft, sheer gauzy fabric (sheer enough to show her bra underneath), which is ideal for those hot summer days—especially in sunny California.

Why the papparazzi, of course!

Hollywood gossip websites know Lindsay hates those paps with a passion after they’ve documented her many public humiliations from her drunken binges, jewelry theft videos, and court hearings…so not surprisingly, she’s found in them a convenient scapegoat for all the horrid things that’ve been happening to her.

“Omg, I’m so embarrassed, paparazzi just blinded me with flashes again, as I was walking into dinner,”

Lindsay vented on Twitter.

Let’s just hope she doesn’t blame the papparazzi too for the absence of good movie offers that haven’t been coming her way lately…

The younger (and tamer) Hilton sister and her longtime flame were together for four years before calling it quits. A friend reveals:

“They broke up quietly after four years together… The main reason was that they have been busy with their work schedules, and it has made it difficult to spend time together.”

The insider adds:

“Nicky has been back and forth traveling overseas a lot with her business. She has recently been in Asia promoting her jewelry line, and David is starting a new production company. Their schedules never seemed to match.”

The former couple is reportedly still on good terms. The friend says:

“[Nicky and David] remain close friends. They have been friends since they were teenagers.”

Nicky revealed that she has been spending a lot more time with her sister, Paris—probably because of her recent breakup. She tells Us Weekly:

“Paris has a house in Malibu, so I’ve just been spending time relaxing there… Paris and I are going to go to the South of France next week for some business and pleasure.”

Beds and pillows washed away with the surf, sending the two women trotting up to higher ground.

What celebrity news doesn’t understand is why the Hilton sisters insist on pitching a tent on the beach with the rest of the public, when they own a perfectly sound beach house further up on the very same stretch of sand.

Is it because they feel unsafe after Paris‘ recidivist stalker,  James Rainford was recently arrested camping right outside that very same beach house?

Or do Paris and Nicky simply crave to be where celebrity-curious people are even if it floods them out?

A girl can never have enough accessories, so Paris and Nicky stocked up!

Clearly not content that the dress itself made enough of a statement, the heiress went heavy on the gold accessories, donning a headband, chunky bracelet, heels and matching bag.

While the wealthy sisters aren’t known for being football fans, they are never ones to turn down a chance to party, which perhaps explains their decision to fly to South Africa for the World Cup finals.

Maybe Paris is just trying for some PR time, because she hasn’t gotten much lately. What other famous people do you think will be heading to South Africa for the big bashes? Who is a soccer fan that might want to go and watch?

It must be nice to have nothing else to do but shop all the time. OK, Nikki has several business lines, Kathy runs a foundation and Paris, well, Paris says she runs several businesses. Paris took a step away from her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, after it was announced his sister and him were working on a reality TV show.  Paris had just denied she was working on a reality show, so maybe it was true and she was working on his!

Snapshots of a sullen-looking Hilton and a friend were splashed all over the Internet, with dogs and dog accessories in hand. Tila tweeted that they planned to kill the dogs and bury them with Casey. Not soon after, TMZ.com posted an item saying the dogs were given a routine veterinary check-up and are safe with the Johnson family.

As usmagazine.com reports, Nicky attached the link to her Twitter page and added “Hope this clears up all the rumors.”

Casey was told a few years ago that the dog should be put to sleep because of its health. Rumor had it the family was going to do that and bury it with Casey, but Tila threw a fit. From TMZ:

Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips are currently at Tila Tequila’s house, where the dogs have been living for the past week. Hilton and Phillips say they are there to retrieve the dogs for Casey’s family.

Tila refuses to give the dogs up and has called the cops, claiming Hilton and Phillips are trying to break in.

We’re told Hilton and Phillips also want to collect Casey’s other belongings.

As more time goes on, the more unstable Tila appears. I think someone needs to step in and get her some help as well. I think Nicky and Bijou did the dogs a favor at this point!

The gang is accused of stealing from Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge and Orlando Bloom, among others. Would they be bold enough to do it again, when the cops are watching? According to TMZ:

Nicky Hilton — Paris Hilton’s little sister — has told cops burglars have taken her laptop and wildly expensive Lalique crystal.

In case you don’t know, Lalique crystal costs hundreds or thousands of dollars, depending on the size of the piece. Nicky had a crystal ball – haha, insert your own joke there – so it was probably worth quite a few pennies. Do you think the Hollywood Hills gang is at it again?

When you are a reality star like Khloe, it’s hard to invite people you would have to share the camera with! From Betty Confidential:

They were BFFs growing up, but neither Nicky Hilton nor her sister, Paris, was invited to Khloe Kardashian’s wedding on Sunday.

We caught up with Nicky over the weekend as she celebrated her 26th birthday a few days early at Dusk nightclub at Caesar’s Palace in Atlantic City, NJ. While the Hiltons and Kardashians were friends growing up, these days, it seems they’ve grown apart. “I wasn’t invited to Khloe’s wedding this weekend,” Nicky admitted, “but if I had been, I would have stuck to ordering her a gift off her registry – it’s always the way to go. None of our family was invited to the wedding.”

What do you think the Hilton’s would give as a gift? Paris would opt for something pink or sparkly and Nicky probably would have ordered a set of plates.

While TMZ unfortunately didn’t have any more details about the assualt (why was Nicky outside of an IHOP at 5am? Why did this citizen allow Nicky to arrest him?). But we do know that the man turned even loonier once the cops came and claimed to be Nicky‘s BFF.

It seems the Hilton sisters are worth a lot of money.  It is rumored that the two of them are getting $100,000 dollars for their appearance at a party in the Trademark Hotel.  From INO:

The sisters leave for Sydney tomorrow to get ready for their appearance at the Bongo Virus New Year’s Eve party, which will be held at the Trademark Hotel’s Piano Room. It is rumored that the Hilton sisters are receiving $100,000 just to appear at the event.

Geesh!  How can you train for a job like that?  It’s not like they have to serve the food, organize the drinks or even write out a gues list.  they just show up!

As The Sun reported, she was drunk enough to make out with Stephen Dorff, too. Wow, Stephen was making the rounds with intoxicated blondes, wasn’t he? Trashy chicks who can barely stand must be his type, you think? Classy. Consider himself lucky, at least Paris didn’t barf in his face. Or did she?

Paris hammed it up and stole the spotlight!  Sure, she posed with Nicky, but she had to.  Her parents were there and she had to play nice in front of them.  Then Paris had a few pictures with her leech boyfriend Benji Madden.   Doesn’t he have a tour or something else to do? 

And Paris is back to using blue contacts in case you’re keeping track.  Usually she is up to trouble when the contacts come out, so stay tuned.

Paris Hilton & Josh Henderson, who’s left for Cee-Lo?

Which Hilton sister staple came first: the legal woes or the sex tapes? The Associated Press reports that a Chicago development group is suing heiress Nicky Hilton, 23, along with her manager Paul Fisher for breach of contract over a delayed hotel renovation project.

According to a lawsuit filed Monday in a Chicago federal court, Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply & Restaurant are suing Hilton over an April 2006 agreement where she promised to promote Nicky O’s Chicago (a Nicky Hilton Hotel) redevelopment project. They also claim Hilton contracted interior design work she was supposed to perform and tried to charge it back to the developer.

Finally, the groups allege that Nicky Hilton misrepresented her experience in hotel design. The Chicago project, as well as another hotel renovation in Miami’s South Beach, was supposed to be Hilton’s foray into the family hotel business (though neither Nicky O hotels would be affiliated with the Hilton Hotel chain).

“Things are not always as they appear,” said Elliot Mintz, Hilton’s rep. “When the facts surrounding this matter are known to the public I think you will find out that the person who has been most impacted by this action will be Nicky Hilton.”

Not everyone agrees with Mintz. In fact, the developer of the Miami project has spoken out against Nicky Hilton and Paris Hilton, most recently for the racist remarks she made on her latest Web-released home videos.

“I’m very concerned about [the tape]. I’m shocked actually that she would participate in something like that,” developer Robert Falor told The Miami Herald of their strained partnership.

Poor Nicky. It’s one thing to forever be in her big sister’s shadow, but it’s a further shame when aforementioned sibling’s sketchy videos and other stolen storage goods cause business partners to bail.

Meanwhile, Falor also claims he subsidized a “lavish” lifestyle for Hilton and Fisher, including a Cadillac Escalade for Fisher, parties for Hilton and her friends and free plasma televisions for both of them.
