Earlier this week, Eyes of Nocturne frontman Weston, attempted a roundhouse kick on his trainer who kept him from ordering a certain menu item at a Hollywood restaurant. The trainer pummeled Weston to a pulp and held him down until the cops and ambulance came and strapped into a gurney for the hospital. Now estranged mom, Christina Fulton wants in on the action too…

…and was promptly banned from visiting by Weston himself. So Nic Cage‘s one-time baby mama, whose resume proudly bears bit parts in exactly seven films, took it unto herself to go into a full rant against  Cage who’d flown in to be with his son immediately after learning Weston‘s plight.

Of course. If you can’t blame yourself for raising a long-haired goth kid who enjoys beating up the paparazzi, then gets karma served by his trainer, who else would you blame?

Here’s the transcript of that call…

“There’s a terrible emergency going on across the street involving a child, a man that’s out of control screaming, ‘let me in, let me in,’ and he’s holding a baby. I think he’s trying to take it from it’s mother.
I think it’s escalated to something very bad …”

“They’re screaming and screaming, and this man I think he’s going to hurt this child and woman…The child is screaming … it’s very bad scene! Someone has to come.”

Apparently the witness never experienced having their world come crashing down their ears, their 15 homes foreclosed, their movies bomb, and having the IRS hounding their heels.

So now Nicolas has Child Protection Services gunning for his guts, as well.  And what’s he going to say? “But it was just a coupla dozen bourbons!”

Cage was then bailed out of jail by Dog the Bounty Hunger and returned to work the following Monday as if nothing had happened.

Well, now his public record reads as if nothing happened. The aforementioned charges against Cage will be dropped as police say there wasn’t enough evidence to support them.

This may be best as Cage‘s wife, Alice Kim, urged police to drop the domestic charges immediately.

One take away lesson, folks: just say no to that last drink! You could end up like Nicolas Cage in a New Orleans jail!

I fear he is in a major depression right now with anxiety. He is taking medications to fill that void and simply going bat crap crazy! If he doesn’t take a step back and take complete control of his life and seek help he will die. That’s right he is headed down a road that leads to his death, whether he has a hand in his own death or actually causes it.”

Pretty scary stuff and we hope they don’t come true. If Cage is really in a major depression, he needs to seek help.

Cage and Kim were in New Orleans when a cab driver spotted the couple fighting and yelling loudly. After Cage pushed her, the cabbie called the cops.

When the cops appeared on the scene, a visibly intoxicated Cage then asked the cops why they don’t just arrest him and get it over with. So they did.

Kim for her part says there was no physical violence and hopes the charges are dropped against her husband.

“Johnny called Nic and basically told him not to worry and he’d help him and sort everything out,” says a friend. “Johnny feels he owes his career to Nic and now wants to repay him – if Nic agrees.”

“Owes his career”? What is this craziness dripping out of Johnny‘s mouth? Well, apparently, Nicolas Cage pointed Johnny Depp toward his agent, who gifted him 21 Jump Street and the rest is history.

People.com reports that Cage is guilty of not paying about $6 million in taxes from 2007. In addition, the Internal Revenue Service has another lien for more than $350,000 in unpaid taxes dating from 2002 to 2004. Yikes.

Regardless of the massive debt, the magazine also claims Cage sold his rare comic book collection for more than a million and has several homes, each worth about $3.5 million, on the market.

In the lawsuit filed against his business manager, Cage says he “relied on Levin to handle his financial affairs to ensure that he and his family would have a financially secure future built on the foundation of the substantial monies Cage earned through years of hard work.”

“He is now forced to sell major assets and investments at a significant loss and is faced with huge tax liabilities because of Levin’s incompetence, misrepresentations and recklessness,” the lawsuit alleges.

Nicolas Cage could possible owe as much as $20 million when he goes to court this February.

As reports by Huffington news:

“Instead of protecting and preserving Cage’s wealth during one of the greatest economic periods in the country’s history, Levin placed Cage in numerous highly speculative and risky real estate investments, resulting in Cage suffering catastrophic losses,” the lawsuit states. Levin served as Cage’s business manager from 2001 to 2008 and collected millions of dollars in management fees, court documents state.

Levin has been a licensed certified public accountant in California for nearly 25 years.
