Let’s hope the third time’s the charm for twice-married Halle, whose last relationship (with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry) ended in insults and an awful custody battle for their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Halle‘s French boyfriend, Olivier Martinez, reportedly popped the question over the holidays. He presented her wth a gorgeous, “one-of-a-kind” emerald and diamond engagement ring from Gurhan Jewelry.

A source tells Us Weekly:

“[Halle] had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!”

Halle and Olivier met in 2010 on the set of “Dark Tide,” which is set to hit theaters in August.

Halle Berry & her new boyfriend Olivier look to be in a good mood as they leave a West Hollywood, CA restaurant on December 3, 2010 . However tempers soon flared as the pair was making their way to their car, resulting in Martinez allegedly striking a photographer before getting into his car and knocking another to the ground with his camera. What caused Olivier’s angry outburst?

We certainly can understand how annoying these paps can get but Martinez, they are just doing their job.

Geez – talk about rushing through the relationship steps! Halle and Olivier officially got together in September, so while they should just be discussing things like exclusivity, Halle Berry is secretly charting when she’s ovulating.

On the downside, having another child may hold her back career-wise, with Nahla it hasn’t been an issue seeing as she can tote the toddler along with her to exotic locales.

“You make time for what’s important. She’s not yet three, so I take her with me. Once she’s five or six, and in school, I’ll have to make a change.”

Kylie, 42,  used to date Olivier. In fact they were together for a long long time.. by Hollywood standard. Or in fact any standard these days. They were together for a good four years! They went busted in early 2007. Surely that was way back then but wouldn’t you want your ex to see you looking hotter than his current girlfriend. Or let’s be fair equally as hot?

As for Mario, he’s always looking so cute with his huge dimples. Mario just became a daddy to a baby daughter who’s just a month old! Congratulations!

Halle and her new French beau, Olivier look to have fallen madly in lust in love holding hands and all smiles at the event. The pair met while filming their upcoming flick, Dark Tide together.

During the event, the two were “inseparable” adds the witness. At their table, Olivier was “constantly leaning in and whispering in Halle’s ear, making her laugh.”

Olivier has never been married. Although he’s dated a string of beautiful celebrities including Kylie Minogue, Mira Sorvino, Adrien Brody’s ex, Elsa Pataky.

I have a feeling this one will stick. They look great together, don’t they?

Halle and her ex Gabriel arrived and departed from a meeting at a law office in Los Angeles. Neither of the two looked particularly pleased to be there, and we can only assume it was regarding custody of their daughter, Nahla. Let’s hope it stays civil for their little one’s sake!

Then there’s the new love of her life, bf Olivier. The lovebirds stocked up on groceries and goodies for a romantic weekend together. They arrived back at Halle’s Malibu home looking very smitten. The duo have been seeing each other for a few months now, and things seem to really be heating up.

Olivier really had his hands full with what appeared to be books, DVDs and an overnight bag. It seems like he plans on staying a lot longer than just over night!

Wow, so many of these cases, luckily these two aren’t attached; as we all know Halle and her gorgeous model beau, daddy of their daughter, Gabriel Aubry have split up earlier this year. As for Olivier, didn’t he last date Elsa Pataky, Adrien Brody’s ex?

So is Olivier a keeper? It will take time to tell. Halle has not had a lot of luck with relationships and she looks like a woman who won’t settle for anything less than something lasting. So we wish her the best of luck. Do you see these two making it last?

An eyewitness tells People magazine, “It was the classic ‘I’m going to kiss you here in a dark corner’ move,” “And she was waiting to be kissed.”

On Sunday, Berry and Martinez, both 44, were seen strolling through the streets in Paris arm-in-arm. They reportedly enjoyed a romantic dinner at Casa Bini restaurant.

“They were both smiling and laughing,” “Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple – absolutely looked like more than friends.”

What do they say? One door closes another one opens? Berry and her hot Calvin Klein model ex-beau Gabriel Aubry have recently split up and now there’s room for someone else.. Well done Halle! As for Olivier, he last dated Elsa Pataky, Adrien Brody’s ex.

Olivier Maritnez & Kylie Minogue 

Penelope Cruz was seen with Olivier Martinez at the Chateau Marmont just hours after the world learned of his split from Kylie. The two were hugging but it appears that hug may have been more out of consolation and romantic affection.  

Penelope told the Daily Mirror, “Olivier and I have been friends for seven years, we are very close. You can understand that it’s a difficult time for him right now, so I have been there for him to offer support. And it was lovely seeing him the other day, it has been such a long time.”

Cruz called Olivier Martinez a “charming man” but insisted that the embrace they shared at the hotel was completely innocent. “He is a great guy, but no, nothing happened.”

News of Minogue, the Australian singer’s split from her boyfriend of four years emerged this weekend when the pair released a joint statement saying their decision to go their separate ways was mutual and amicable.

The Sunday Mirror reported Martinez wept to his parents in France after calling Minogue, who is in Mexico, to end their relationship on Friday morning US time.

“I still feel for her but I’m no longer in love with her,” the French actor, who is in Los Angeles, reportedly told his parents.

“We have been having a lot of rows. We have outgrown each other.”

It’s just too bad. These two have gone through quite a bit together. Kylie Minogue battled breast cancer in 2006 and did say that Olivier had put everything aside to help her.
